So I applied on the forums for my language. It was the Filipino language, It didn't get denied but whenever I try to /say Filipino Kamusta. It wont work, It says "Insufficient permission.". I dont know if I am doing it wrong but whenever I try to do it, it does not work. My IGN is holycowsitsizzy
