My penthouse issue.

ISSUE:
This isn't my first time having an issue with my penthouse. My last 'Penthouse issue' was fixed, but not the way i wanted it to be.
In my last post, I asked if it was normal that my penthouse was uneven, In the end - it wasn't.

Thanks to Escuzme, He fixed my penthouse and it was even, however . .
I am unable to place any blocks where i want to place blocks, I should be able to put blocks there.
I cannot place any blocks on my ceiling and on other locations, this is hard to explain.
I advice you DM me through discord so we could meet up at some point, if that is possible.
That way, i could show you where I am unable to place any blocks

It seems this issue stems from the way the region was configured,
making you unable to access edit mode. Thus, this thread will be reviewed by an
Owner once they get the chance to fix your apartment region
