My stuff has turned into hoes and swords?

I haven't been on in a while and I've recently started playing again. However when I got on, about 90% of my stuff has been turned into hoes and swords. How do I fix this problem?

While I do not know exactly why it's happened, I believe it's because of the textures messing up after they switched from 1.12.2 to 1.13.1. Why it's messed up? I have no idea.

It's because the item data changed from the leap to 1.13
