My vehicle has been despawned since the 16th of August. [I think.]

I made a ticket on the 19th and 20th about my vehicle, and it still hasn't been checked.
Sorry to have made this many tickets, but I haven't received anything indicating that it has been either accepted or neglected.
and I'm not sure if my tickets are even going through. If someone could clarify, that would be lovely. Thank you!

I play SRP almost daily, so I don't realize how much time has either passed or not. If I seem too hasty, I'm sorry.
