Describe your activity on the server: I’m fairly active to play on srp with my friends, I try to log on for 1h+ a day at least though my play time can vary between 3-7 hours, it really just depends on how busy I am or what I’m doing as I still have a social life, though i tend to play a lot on weekends mainly if my friends are online, though I tend to be less active on Mondays and Tuesdays due to medical reasons, other than that I try to be as active as humanly and health wise possible.

Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?): No and I prefer to keep it that way.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: I’m aware of that and agree with these terms.

School Employee Role you are applying for?: I’m applying as a caretaker.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Caretakers play an important role on the school grounds, you can first compare them to janitors but also kind of not, their job is to keep our school grounds as clean as possible and remind the students of that as well. They will also patrol the school grounds and make sure to assist students in need of help (to classrooms, other faculty members, or some general problems), caretakers make sure that students of all grades follow the rules, they break up fights or prevent them from even happening. Lastly they also have to have an active listen on the radios to help out faculty with difficult students and to get college students skipping class into classes.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I started actively roleplaying when I was around 12 years old on multiple RPG game forums, I’d slowly switch to more general RP games or on Minecraft and Roblox rp servers most being FNaF themed though not just that, I also had a lot to do with Warrior cats roleplay mostly active on WCUE with my current partner. Besides that I do detailed chat roleplays on multiple servers and have roleplays for almost 2 years on SRP now though I roleplay almost daily no matter where.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I’ve been wanting to join the faculty faction for some time now, only hearing positive from my friends who actually are a part of the faction already. I've also been interested in some caretaker themed jobs and really like working with kids. I often watch my neighbors kids or the kids of my mom’s friends whilst also getting along with them pretty well, besides that I’ve had the character I’m applying with in mind for some time now and really think she fits the caretaker theme.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Stephanie would stay calm and not let it get to her, she’d have a serious look on her face and remind the student of the rules within school grounds. Stephanie would try and educate the student on how to treat the staff of the KHS, if the student would continue with the verbal assaults Stephanie would once again remind them of the rules and remind them about the possible punishments they could receive, now Stephanie would try and find the reason on why the student is behaving so aggressive so she can calm them down and formally communicate with the student.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Stephanie would try to act as fast as possible in such a situation, unlike in the first situation she’d directly try and get a bit more loud to catch their attention, it’s her goal to directly break up the fight and have the students report on what happened. Though there is always the possibility of the students not stoppen, at that moment Stephanie would step in between the students and break up the fight herself. In both cases she’d also remind them of the possible punishments and if it would go too far even give them detention to have them write a report. She’d also keep an eye on the students who fought to make sure they don’t fight again.


Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Stephanie would kindly remind her co-worker to stay serious at the job and to not bring any students or themselves in danger, she’d remind them of the rules which the faculty has to keep in, whilst all this she’d try and stay as formal as possible and remind them of the dangers or situations that could come from this. If this would not stop Stephanie would get into contact with SLT and report on what happened.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Although Stephanie prefers to be outside the break room as it’s her job to take care of the stuff going on outside she’d act very formally in it. As soon as she enters the room she greets all faculty that are in the room, she tries to chat her co-workers up a bit and/or help them with possible needs. Stephanie prefers to stay a bit quiet about herself, is always up for talks though and can be pretty giggly and talkative once in a conversation. She’d also always make sure to ask how her co-workers' day has been and if she can assist them anywhere, besides that she’d make sure the break room is always clean and kept well taken care of.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

(Finding trash on the school grounds) /me Stephanie would walk beside the bushes on the schoolground and spot a few candy wrappings stuck in the bushes. She’d formally kneel down, put on gloves and take out a small plastic bag. She’d gently take the wrappers out of the bush and throw them into her plastic bag to dispose of them later.

(A fight breaks out) /me Stephanie would quickly place herself in between the two fighting students, making sure there was space between them. She’d gently hold onto one of them with her hand placed on their shoulder. She looked at both with a concerned look before shaking her head as she spoke.

( A student asks where to find the time table) /me She’d smiled at the student who just approached her. She turned around pointing at a big sign which showed the school times. She looked back at the student with a nod and a loving smile.

( A stranger is loitering outside the school gates) /me Stephanie would create space by the gate as the students were not even supposed to be here. Once the area cleared she walked closer to the gate facing the stranger whilst crossing her arms with a serious face before speaking up in a confident tone.

( In the detention room) /me She walked between the tables, her arms crossed as she inspected each of the students work, she’d make sure they weren’t fooling around or secretly playing on their phones, as soon as the student next to her took out their phone she’d tap them reminding them to stop. Then Stephanie would reach out her hand, signing the student to give up their phone until detention ends.

Backstory

Stephanie was born on February 20th of 1969 to a humble family in the former Germany Democratic Republic better known as East Germany or the DDR. Her father was a soldier in the NVA, and her mother was a teacher for the FDJ. Stephanie would prove herself to be a quick learner from a young age on, starting to walk at 9 and a half months old and speaking her first word at just 11 months. Stephanie really liked going outside, trying to seek all types of nature. She'd always get bruises or come home dirty after playing outside or in their garden. Stephanie was really obsessed with animals from a young age and made it very clear that she wanted animals at the age of 5 her father would bring home a retired German Shepherd from the NVA army, he was called Crooks and grew lovingly close to Stephanie although he was an older dog. Since Stephanie's family owned the dog, she always dreamt of becoming a vet or working with animals. Sadly Crooks died just 3 years later which broke Stephanie's heart, it took her a long time to cope with the loss of her best friend, during these last three years they had together Stephanie also entered pre-school, she was a bit of a smart head and would actually skip the 3rd school year of hers, directly being put into 4th grade. Stephanie would also always adopt stray animals and keep them at home, during that time she'd also join the FDJ under her mother's command and became a young and creative speaker for the Socialist youth program. She'd often also watch her father at military parades or annoyed him on any patrols if she got to see him outside with her mother when they went shopping. Stephanie's high school years were very calm, she really focused on studying and was trying her best to stay away from young romance, her goal was to fully prepare for her future and have a stable life. Stephanie would also try and earn some money by babysitting in which she found her true passion. Stephanie could handle kids really well and they'd always enjoy her company. Stephanie was kind, giggly, loving, and caring so she would aim to work at a kindergarten in the future. When she turned 17 she'd meet one of her best friends ever as well, after another military parade in East Germany she went to a celebration party with her father who introduced her to some of his friends, Stephanie was mostly not too interested as her dad's friends were mostly older though one of them really caught her attention. His name was Sergey Vissarionovich, he was a young Tank general for the Red Army at 18 years old. He trained for a couple of years, and despite serving just 2 years he was well-ranked, awarded, and well looking. As serious as his job was he was quite the funny guy in her opinion, always making jokes or being absolutely wholesome, the both would get along in an instant, and they'd try to meet each other as often as possible. Sadly Sergey was all too busy with his job as he served in the Red Army and did a lot of work together with the KGB. This always made Stephanie kind of sad, Sergey was Stephanies's closest friend and the one person she could rely on most but sadly he never had the time. Despite that Stephanie always had a special place for him in her heart. Shortly before she turned 18 Stephanie would finish her training as a caretaker and immediately applied to multiple kindergartens, directly being accepted into one. Stephanie would soon move out of her parent's home and live in a small but humble apartment. Besides being a caretaker in a kindergarten she was also a volunteer caretaker for the FDJ, a place she felt really connected with. In 1989 the Berlin Wall fell, most celebrated, but Stephanie wouldn't know how to feel, she was happy about her country reuniting but was sad about not seeing Sergey again. At this point Stephanie was fully alone but kept her head up, she moved to the western part of Germany in Trier and would continue working at a kindergarten there. In 1992 she met her then-husband Ricardo Pisano, a young Italian man just a year older than her. Although Stephanie felt happy at first with that relationship it came crumbling down as soon as she announced she'd be having a child with him. Ricardo would leave to go back to Italy just half a year after his daughter was born. Stephanie was a struggling mother but tried her best, although being put under stress she turned out to be an amazing mother and would shape her daughter into being an amazing person. Now that the cold war was also over she'd go visit Sergey again who had offspring of his own, he'd often visit Germany and have Stephanie watch his children while Sergey and his kids made vacations in Germany, though as Stephanie's daughter grew older she left her home leaving Stephanie all alone. Stephanie would move to Russia to stay close to Sergey and keep watching his kids and to spend time with him as much as possible. Sooner or later though Each of Sergey's kids left as well, though Sergey badly wanted to move with them. His son Freddy who really wanted to live with his sister Inaessa in Japan would soon move, and Sergey was planning to follow, Sergey offered Stephanie joining, and while she hesitated at first, she'd later tag along, having not much to lose. Now Stephanie was living for a year and a half in Karakura, Japan together with her best friend Sergey, she plans to restart her life wanting to enjoy the rest of it, and her next to is to apply to Karakuras local high school as a Caretaker, feeling she'd be the perfect fit for the spot. After an anxious month of waiting for Stephanie to be accepted for the job, she couldn't be happier and arrived as early as humanly possible on her first day, it was impossible to remove Stephanie's grin that day, and she carefully looked around and noted all details she was told about by her supervisor, Stephanie was absolutely happy with her position and her co-workers welcomed her with an open heart, all though her first few days in the school were a bit wobbly as she seemed more introverted and scared she quickly learned to overcome her fears and make a good example from herself, she'd always take time out of her personal day to clean the school up after school hours and would run to any emergency. She'd teach students trashing the school on what harm they could leave and that they should throw their trash in the trash cans, she was also an amazing peacemaker quickly breaking up fights and getting to the ground of the issue. She loves being around her co-workers and takes her time to help them if needed. Stephanie created a good relationship with both faculty and the school. Stephanie couldn't be happier with her new position and entered her workspace with a smile and left it everyday with a smile as well. She admits her job is hard sometimes but is a price worth paying for so much fun and for such a safe workspace!

Motivation for Joining KHS:
I’ve moved to Karakura about a year ago now and I’d prefer to have a job inside the city than outside of it! Besides that I’ve had quite the good experience caring for kids and resolving their problems even at teen age, I have raised a small family myself and love working with children and mostly watched my best friends children and basically grew up with them, they are currently also in the KHS college program into which they got with my help of studying day and night haha! Besides that I have a good temper and manage to stay very calm and collected at hard times, I do not let little mistakes pull me down but I grow from them and learn, basically my words are what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger! I’m also a very welcoming and accepting person no matter the nationality, sexuality, religion or opinion, I treat everyone equally and I will clearly show that motto towards my co-workers and the students. I plan to make KHS as safe as possible and to create a comfort zone within the school grounds!

Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment?
If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"): I do! I formerly worked in a kindergarten. I finished my training as a caretaker in 1989 and immediately started working in a kindergarten. After the fall of my home country, East Germany aka the former DDR, I would look for a new workspace in the west of Germany. I’d work there until 2018, between that time span I also got married and had one daughter I’d care for with my heart. Sadly after the divorce of me and my husband in 2015 I lost most contact with her.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I have 30 years of experience in a job close to this one and feel more than ready to work again! Like already mentioned I’m a very helpful, calm and accepting person who can stay calm and keep her hold even during the hardest of situations, I’m very good at working with kids and teens and as a mother I feel more than obligated to take care for the kids at KHS and make them feel as accepted, welcomed and supported as they should be, I take my job and passion for all of this very serious and would put my hand in the fire for fair treatment within the school, I learn from mistakes and wanna build the most safest environment for the students at KHS.
