Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server is fantastic I have an average 2-5 hours on SRP daily. Due to my Time Zone, I am not online that often since the server isn't really lively at that hour. But the majority of the time you will find me online at like 11-12 am! And from that point on I will be online longer till about 2-4 pm my time just when the server starts to populate! When I wake up I don't instantly hop onto SRP I still have my basic morning routine before getting onto SRP. If I get accepted into EMS I wouldn't let the role just rot and waste of course! I would do anything in my power to learn and expand my knowledge on the EMS side since I've always been interested in how it works If I end up being accepted to the EMS I will devote my time as much as possible to the EMS and try to be online majority of the time If I am not online one day I would come back the next day and do more then I should just to show my dedication to the force! And one final thing if the EMS was to accept me I would be more active on the server and If I end up getting denied I will try again and again since this is something I will chase!

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Well my experiences vary a lot on SRP. I can proudly say I have almost done everything I have wanted to do. I got the amazing chance to become a teacher and even get my way up the rankings, I got the amazing opportunity to become a well known player and respected player within the GangRP community! being the leader of Mefisuto, I spent 4 years dedicating myself to the roleyplay of GangRP, teaching and I got to enjoy a lot of JockRP being on the football team many times and being the male bobcats basketball captain for a long time. I enjoy DetailRP which I can back up since I used to GangRP, For example I was a expert in p2l and in general roleplay. Now these will only benefit me a little bit since I am applying for a position completely opposite of GangRP, my increased knowledge in detailRP will indefinitely come in handy in the field of Emergency Response. Its very crucial to have a sense of roleplay and detailRP to really emphasize what you will be executing on a patient.

What is your motivation for applying?
I have many reasons and motivations on why I want to apply for Psychiatrist, I strongly believe its possibly if not the most important role in modern day society, people are often found troubled and have lots of issues that they just can't express freely because they feel scared, embarrassed, anxious and more. This role requires you to mentally assist someone and potentially save them, and I am not new to something like this. Outside of SRP I have completed my FAR (First Aid Response) Course and have done many different things with this, I have went on trips where I have saved someone's leg before at just the age of 15 (Any proof behind this I can show) I have competed in nationals for first aid response in Ireland and came third representing my city. One of the first things we Learn'd as cadets was to constantly talk to our patience to distract them from their pain, in the world of physicians its the opposite, the whole point is to get the person to open up to you and express themselves in a closed environment relieving possible stress and other issues. I hold a massive passion for this and I have done my research to dive into this sort of field.

Which role are you applying for?
(Doctor or Psychiatrist):
I am applying for Psychiatrist.

What knowledge do you have of Hospital Work?
My knowledge of Hospital work varies a huge amount, personally I am glad I don’t end up in the hospital often however, In my time being a first aid responder (during my cadet days) when I went on different journeys to assist the seniors I once had to help recover someone from a large crowed the had broken there ankle which of course we can assist with but they had to be taken to the hospital for later treatment. This would be one of many times I had set foot in a hospital and got to communicate with the staff there, this included Nurses, doctors and more. I have a pretty good general knowledge when it comes to what goes on inside a hospital and how each role within the hospital plays a crucial part in potentially saving the life of another person. To be more specific, on my knowledge of the roles within a hospital ill state a few.

Director
A hospital director leads and guides the entire hospital, which is a vital function they provide in the healthcare system. They are in charge of overseeing financial resources, creating and carrying out strategic strategies, and making sure that healthcare laws are followed.
maximize operational effectiveness, improve patient care, and uphold a secure and efficient healthcare environment, hospital directors work in conjunction with department heads, medical professionals, and administrative teams. They also participate in stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and building a positive organisational culture.

Surgeon
Surgeons in a hospital not only perform procedures but also evaluate patients, provide treatment recommendations, and frequently work in conjunction with other medical specialists to provide complete patient care. In order to stay current on medical breakthroughs and make a contribution to the larger field of medicine, they could also engage in research, teaching, and training activities.

Paramedics
Typically, paramedics provide emergency medical care at the scene of diseases or accidents, working away from hospitals. They take people to hospitals, perform life-saving procedures, and examine and stabilize patients. Although paramedics are not hospital-based, they are vital in the early stages of patient care and frequently work with hospital professionals during care transitions.

Doctor
In a hospital, doctors play a crucial role in coordinating patient care. They formulate treatment plans, make important judgements, and keep an eye on patients' advancement. In order to stay current with medical breakthroughs, they also frequently participate in continuous learning and may attend multidisciplinary meetings to discuss challenging situations. In addition, physicians have a part to play in illness prevention, community outreach, and health promotion. Their complex job goes beyond dealing with individual patients to include more general contributions to medical knowledge, instruction, and the advancement of the healthcare system.

Psychiatrist
Hospital psychiatrists are also essential in crisis response, especially when there are severe mental health issues. They might monitor the administration of mental pharmaceuticals, take part in treatment planning, and do mental assessments. By working together with other mental health specialists, they enhance patients' general wellbeing by attending to both short-term issues and long-term mental health requirements. Additionally, in order to improve our knowledge of and ability to treat mental health illnesses, psychiatrists frequently take part in advocacy, teaching, and research.

Veterinarian
Veterinarians may also perform diagnostic procedures, including as blood testing or X-rays, in a hospital or veterinary clinic to evaluate the health of the animals. A wide range of animals, including agricultural animals, exotic species, and pets, may be treated by them. In order to guarantee the welfare of animals throughout treatments and recuperation, veterinarians work in tandem with veterinary technicians and other personnel. They also help to educate pet owners about vaccination regimens, ethical pet care, and general animal welfare. Certain veterinary professionals might focus on internal medicine, dentistry, or surgery.

Hospital equipment
An MRI machine is used to image inside body components in detail.

X-ray machine: Creates images of internal body structures for medical diagnosis.

Ultrasound Machine: This device uses sound waves to image soft tissues and organs.

Ventilator: Provides mechanical ventilation to help people who have trouble breathing.

Defibrillator: In the event of cardiac arrest, this device shocks the heart with electricity to return it to normal.

Blood Pressure Monitor: Takes blood pressure readings to evaluate cardiovascular health.

An infusion pump is a device that delivers nourishment, liquids, or medicines intravenously at precise rates.

ECG machine: Captures the heart's electrical activity for medical ****ysis.

Anesthesia Machine: Provides anesthesia to patients for procedures like surgery.

Hospital beds include adjustable features and are made with the comfort and health of the patient in mind.

Do you acknowledge that you’re subject to being demoted at any given time if accepted? I do acknowledge this.

Do you acknowledge that by applying for this role, you agree to be 100% dedicated to the Hospital Staff role?
I completely understand and my time will be strictly devoted to the Hospital staff role 100%

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
I do acknowledge this, and like I stated above my time will be devoted to the hospital.

Do you acknowledge that you are NOT to take things OOCly when dealing with training & situations?
I completely understand.

Despite the prevailing views on mental health, Aleksy's curiosity led him to study psychology and neuroscience through books, websites, and conversations with mentors. He found solace in novels that delved into the depths of the human psyche and made him relate to the struggles and triumphs shown in the inner lives of the characters.
Aleksy's journey took a personal turn when a close friend revealed to him about their struggles with depression and anxiety. He might provide empathetic care and assistance to those who are struggling with mental health concerns.
Aleksy was drawn to psychology and psychiatry courses as he pursued his education because he enjoyed studying about the underlying causes of mental illness and exploring the****utic ways to therapy.

What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
(Ensure this is appropriate to the position you have chosen)

Aleksy chose to venture into the field of psychiatry due to many personal reasons. Firsthand he noticed many of his peers struggling with life and building this fake character to act happy. He despised this and his main goal would eventually be to help those who can't find a voice for themselves to be able to speak up about their personal issues and Aleksy would be able to help those in need.

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look
, what makes them unique?
Before you stands a tall, well-built man, standing at 6'5". He has an athletic physique and is followed by a subtle trail of the scent of coconut. His eyes are a warm brown, and his hair is charcoal black, with a notably fluffy texture. The males upper body would be covered in Tattoos. The male would have a nice attitude and would have a Relaxed Tone.
While in a professional setting Alexsy would display an utmost professional and Civil standard he would constantly be calm and collected and his face would be rather hard to figure out a blank expression almost making it hard to read what he is thinking and what he could be planning. In the event of a situation, Alexsy would show utmost calmness while he gathered both sides of the story before laying down his opinion, He would think a lot and listen a lot in these situations trying to get a perfect idea of what could've happened in his head.

How does your character act on and off duty?
At work, they are calm, even-tempered, and deeply empathetic, someone who listens more than speaks. They possess healthy boundaries, presenting themselves as professional and reassuring even when sessions become emotional. Other people find them trustworthy and down-to-earth, asking for their advice for themselves.
Beyond work, the facade unwinds. They might bear the emotional burden of their patients, and frequently in silence. By themselves, they can be introspective, maybe even haunted by what they can't repair. Though they exude an aura of control in the hospital, beyond work they might battle self-doubt, insomnia, or concealed vices. Socially, they are usually subdued, sometimes cynical, and sometimes need to be alone in order to unwind from the stress of their occupation.

Does your character function better on their own or with others?
They function best individually, with a fondness for solitude in order to focus without distraction. Yet they are surprisingly competent in a group setting when need be, generally taking a leadership role quietly. They're autonomous out of distrust and not true independence.

What plans does your character have for the future?
They yearn to create something that will endure be it a reputation, a home, or a legacy. They are now attempting to simply get along and exist, but inwardly they desire stability and significance in an uncertain world.

How is your character perceived by others? How does it contrast with their perception of themself?

Others see them as confident, competent, and a little detached someone who doesn't need anyone else. Actually, they do feel vulnerable and are tormented by past rejections. They believe they're just barely getting by, yet other people perceive them as solid as a rock and unshakable.
