Need help (maybe from Admin who ever can remove this)

So I don't know why but I got this slowness for about a few weeks ago, I'm basically stuck with Inf Slowness which doesn't let me move normally, I have to jump and move but it takes so much work and the zoom is too much, I can't see the screen good enough when I play the server. Here is proof. Please help.

It's normal that players randomly get slowness (forever) but you can just use /ticket in game and report it (ex: /ticket Need help)

I actually tried that one, but somehow no one (HRs can remove it) even bothered to reply
