Incident: I hadn't even known about it until now, but I've heard of various people having the same issue with /am: I initially had the plushie in my off-hand, as seen in the first screenshot. Recently, there has been a bug where if you right click while having something in your off-hand, it moves to your primary hand. This happened when I checked oceannawa's character description (second screenshot). I didn't realize I still had /am activated, and when switching through my hot bar, the plushie got replaced with a bow and disappeared (third screenshot).
