ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Most of these items were lost in my old apartment, I haven't applied for all of the items I lost in that apartment although I had already applied for afew. I didn't wanna apply for too many at once as my inventory would be full and it would be a pain but I wanted to apply for afew more of them, plus some stuff that disappeared in my chests.
