Describe your activity on the server:
My activity is very constant with it being very rarely thrown off track. I aim for about 8 hours a day on the server with my lowest amount being about 5 hours. I've been playing on the server for about 8 months now, but I used to play back in 2020-2021 on an account that I unfortunately no longer have access to.

Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
With applications being open now and with a select few shops being unowned/unused I decided to apply. This will teach me a multitude of things such as management, pricing, budgeting, stocking, and many other things. Things of which that will not only help me in roleplay and with the shop, but also help me in real life.
What would the changed name be, if any and why?
Nichijou
Nichijou (日常) means "everyday life" or "ordinary days" in Japanese. I chose this over keeping Okinasa's name because I wanted the shop's identity to stand on its own rather than live on in the shadow of what it used to be. Especially considering that this shop has now changed its location. I did want to keep a similar style in memory to Okinasa and settled on this name for its vibe.
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
Theme:
Nichijou is build around comfort! I still want to honor Okinasa's spirit so there wll be a small seating/resting area near the entrance where customers can sit and snack with some company or by their lonesome. This place is supposed to be welcoming, relaxing, and be somewhere where anyone can not only get what they need, but also find a spot to relax.
Regulars Wall
A small board or shelf near the counter where frequent customers can leave a note or have their name pinned up after enough visits. It's a quiet way of recognizing loyal and supporting customers.
Bringing back the Ring Ring! Delivery service!
Okinasa had a delivery service known as 'Ring Ring!' in which they would deliver products to somebody who has made an order through a phone call. I would like to purchase a custom delivery vehicle for Okinasa, perhaps a Kei truck! Orders would follow a simple format: [item/s requested | location | name | IGN at the end. We would have the delivery employee take the items and use the vehicle to deliver the customer their items, go through the Shops panel, and complete the order!
Pay Structure
Nichijou will pay employees through a commission-based system rather than a quota-based one. Employees earn 32% of every sale they personally log at the register, meaning their pay is tied directly to their own activity and effort rather than a flat quota they need to hit. Each opening would generally have three employees present, with at least one Manager overseeing the shift! I chose this over quota-based pay because it rewards employees for genuinely engaging with customers and staying active on shift, rather than pressuring them to hit an arbitrary number regardless of how busy or slow the shop is that day. I also learned that this is the most ideal solution to paying your employees from my own experiences as a Cashier at another store.
What will you sell in your shop?:
Everyday convenience-store stuff! Bbasic cooking ingredients like eggs, bacon, onions, flour, and carrots. Alongside that, coffee and quick hot food options at a separate lane. I want to keep the shop focused on being a genuine convenience store rather than spreading into accessories (With slight exceptions for either brand deals or Nichijou merch!).What would the changed name be, if any and why?

I would have around 11 employees! I'd have two Managers, hire eight Cashiers, and one Delivery Driver!
