To be honest, I’d say I’m pretty active.. about average! It always depends on what's going on, from festivals and birthdays to exam weeks. However, if it’s a quiet or normal week, I can balance things out pretty well. I can be online around 3-4 hours Monday through Thursday. On Saturday and Sunday, I can be online basically all day. On Fridays and Saturdays, I play the most - sometimes up to 9 hours!?
If I had to rate my activity from 1 to 10, I’d say I’m a solid 7.8. Even during exam weeks or special occasions, it usually doesn’t affect my activity or quota over the month. In the past, I’ve always managed to meet my quota in every faction while still being silly on other accounts or characters! ^-^
That said, I’m confident that I'm available enough to not only spend enough time to deal with my Shop related stuff but also to actually open many times a month!
Now I know that this might sound like as if I'm only doing SRP stuff/play on SRP, but when I say that I manage to balance it out well, then I mean it! I get good grades, I can do what I like, including SRP stuff.

HONESTLY.. I don’t really care where/which shop! As long as I can have my own Restaurant’s theme, ideas, name, etc I’ll be more than happy!
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
I feel like I’ve said this in all my faction applications… but it’s TRUE.
However, becoming a Shopkeeper is the biggest goal I’ve ever wanted to achieve in SRP. That might sound silly to some, but I genuinely mean it!
While I’m aware that my chances of getting accepted are slim, since I’m already in two other factions, I still feel confident. I believe I’ve got a good shot because I have a clean and solid reputation, and I’m an active player whose number one SRP goal has always been to become a Shopkeeper.
That said, I don’t just want to be a Shopkeeper for the title. I want to create like a small community, take on responsibility, and give people the chance to roleplay in a calm, cozy, and welcoming environment. Whether someone is roleplaying in my restaurant, casually stopping by to buy something, or working there. I want them to leave thinking, “That was fun.”
One of my biggest reasons, though, is simply that I love the work. I enjoy the effort, the focus, and the creativity I can put into everything related to my restaurant.
I’ve always had a passion for anything management-related. By that I mean organizing things, setting up Discord servers, being a responsible and trusted person, creating marketing materials, planning events, and just going the extra mile - while still sticking to deadlines.
That might sound a little confusing, so let me show you some examples!

This is our logo… for now! I’ll either start something like a contest, similar to what most people might remember from Sayonara, or get a better one through an actual commission from a real designer! This logo isn't anything crazy but I still like it, especially for now!
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
OKAY. So so so so so. I’ve been planning to make Nightly Hansik a welcoming and cozy, but very elegant, fancy, dark-ish vibe. Think night vibes.
Now, you may be wondering… “But Detail…” - “What the flip is HANSIK?”
Let me TELL YOU.
Hansik refers to food made with ingredients commonly used in Korea, or similar ones, prepared using traditional Korean cooking methods or recipes. Basically, like “cuisine.” But hansik also includes the cultural elements, practices, and resources, both tangible and intangible, that are connected to the making and sharing of Korean food.
Pretty cool, right?
This means my restaurant is supposed to be a Korean, elegant yet cozy restaurant.
And if that wasn't already super unique and cool, especially for a restaurant in Karakura, a Japanese island, I’ve got more.
First of all, I plan to open my restaurant at very different times so that anyone, even in the most different time zones, has the chance to roleplay and basically just visit a restaurant. As someone who’s in Europe myself, I understand the struggle of not being able to be online when restaurants and shops usually open. It’s usually afternoon to evening or even night for EST people, while for Europe it’s.. well, bad.
Now I’m not trying to blame anyone. It is no one’s fault. It’s just unlucky!!
So I’m trying to give more people, even with the most different time zones, a chance to roleplay in a restaurant.
Moving on. Another thing that makes it unique is the idea of private renting. While I’m not one hundred percent sure if this will be allowed, I really hope it will be.
My plan is to allow people to rent out the whole restaurant in advance for a sum of money for special occasions, from birthdays to proposals and more.
I haven’t seen that in any other restaurants yet. Maybe I just haven’t come across it or maybe, like I said, it is just not something that is allowed..
Last and probably least, just a small thing. I’d like to have some mini games in a corner of the restaurant, free to use. From darts (with /roll!!) to dancing machines and similar stuff. It might sound a little unfitting for the elegant vibe at first, but it will be placed in a corner near the kids and family area, which will have more colorful decorations anyway. Obviously not too much, just enough to keep it fun while still matching the overall atmosphere. This will not only make the whole restaurant seem more welcoming, even for kids/families but also give off more casual vibes, to balance out the casualness and elegantness.
Exterior & Interior:
Now these aren’t exactly how I’d want my restaurant to look, but they definitely play a big role as inspiration and are great pictures to give off the vibe I’m aiming for.
Now again, nothing like this exactly is what I have planned. It’s just to get the vibe feeling, kind of. I had planned to privately build some ideas, and I still will, but as stated earlier, I didn’t expect the applications to open and I just had a busy week, so I kinda didn’t manage to do that yet...!
As for the color theme, I very obviously want to keep it dark-ish, so lots of black. Some white, but the color theme itself is supposed to be black, dark green, and a bit of darker red. This color mix not only gives off comfortable vibes but also adds a sense of richness and depth.

For the Shopkeeper It’ll be a dark green and black outfit and I have a vision of it in my head.. but I can't find a reference right now!!

This is a Menu I created! While I’m not even sure if all of these Korean dishes are even a thing yet in SRP.. However, I’d also add more other Korean dishes that are already on SRP that I simply don't know yet of!! ^-^
Meaning this Menu is NOT final at all, and I will overwork it as soon as I know more!

26 including the Manager!
Now listen up, pookies.
Here’s the breakdown:
There will be one Manager, and 15 Waitstaff, five of whom will be Senior.
Then, we’ll have five Cooks, including one Head Chef.
And there will be five greeters, who would also double as security in a way!
In the future, if security seems necessary, it’ll be added as a own position!
I don't think 15 waiters and waitresses is too many, and I might even hire more. Since my plan is to open the restaurant at times that cater to different time zones, I'll need multiple staff members from various time zones, of course!
Now don't attack me... I currently have just the manager (might hire more in the future, or positions like supervisor etc) and one waitstaff. Honestly, I didn’t expect the applications to open already, so it kind of caught me off guard. I haven’t really had the chance to bring in any more people yet.
I would already have a Head Chef, but that person will only say yes if their family’s restaurant application gets denied.
Anyway, I’m currently just trying to get at least a few more people who’d be INTERESTED!

Additional notes about your application: I just wanted to say that the kind of “silly way” I’ve written this application matches to me, it's how I feel comfortable and be less erm.. perfectionist about it.
