I have absolutely no history when it comes to punishment on this server, i intend to do my very best to keep it this way.
I am however, very active on the server. I log on for a few hours daily, and strive to keep things interesting.

Well, being part of the EMS faction was pretty whacky when it comes to communicating! We had a lot of fun ICly and OOCly. I have similar experiences with tailoring, previous school teams, some IC job experiences like school faculty and a biiiit of CriminalRP.
These experiences have given me good insight on how to keep in touch and work well with others, as well my experience with almost all sides of RP helps me get a good idea of what events would work well / be enjoyable for those factions.
I've been an active SchoolRP player for years now and I've got the playtime to prove it! Being on these teams helps show the activity I can provide and the work to strive forward and think quickly and clearly!
Please provide three (3) event suggestions which would work for our server:

The Karakura Traveling Circus!
Come one, come all to dash your eyes upon the wonderful oddities of the two sister's circus!
A beautifully organized event, with animals of all sorts; acts portrayed by students and adults alike! All are free to sign up and complete an act of their own! But something is wrong, that part of the act?! I don't think so! That's a lion, headed straight for the performer! Who let that thing out?!
For anyone who does not want to participate in this portion of the event, there will still be carnival games to partake in!
Once the perpetrator(s) have been found by the KPD, a "smoke bomb" will suddenly emplode - giving them a nice, smooth exit - circus style.
In order to keep the chaos to a minimum, any non emergency faction members will be escorted outside - left to enjoy the carnival games. The KPD and EMS will have a private experience near the ending of the event - after tasing and cuffing two of them, a third will appear and throw the smoke bomb to save the other two. EMS will care for all injured participants while the KPD deals with the perpetrators.

A rather loud rumbling sound is coming from the forest- specifically from the mountains!
Make your way to safety citizens of Karakura, prepare yourself emergency factions! This isn't going to be an easy ride.
In a quick second, all of Karakura was coated in a thick layer of snow! It looks like a few people are stuck. Better work together and get them out!
It's up to the emergency factions to get everyone all fixed up from their injuries! Quota galore.

Food fight!

A classic, honestly! Leave it up to the Spartans and Bobcats to start a riot.
Fueled with an accidental drop of a tray, followed by a brutal slap across the face. A mass of students begins tossing food in each other's faces! The poor school staff is too terrified to intervene with the mass of students. The chefs are left to hide behind the counter with trays over their heads! A nasty mess is left behind when the dean comes face first with an egg. All teams involved are now left to clean up their mess, along with a week of detention.

Tea 'party'

A 'lovely' maiden has made her way down to karakura on a fine afternoon, after seeing the dismay and untraditional ways the students of karakura behave - she has decided to host a gathering for all to enjoy. Teaching the students the historic and proper ways of enjoying their tea. Traditional garments will be required in order to not be scolded by a hotheaded old maiden, who is more than liable to swing her broom right upside your head.
Tables will be set up all around the shopping district, the old lady and her "friends" will be seen walking around - serving tea and scolding anyone who doesn't follow the proper etiquette.
