Describe your activity:
My activity throughout the week I would consider to be relatively stable, I play SchoolRP around 4-6 hours a day, unless I am busy with other daily chores/activities.
From the time I get onto SchoolRP, till the time that I log off, I mainly play as my Andreas character, roleplaying with others or leading a gang that is going really well.
Always maintaining my activity, I try to be as consistent as possible, while having work over the weekends oocly. I will have a weekly schedule below, but I do want to say I work
weekends (Friday-Sunday) usually in the evening EST.

Link any significant applications (e.g., Roles/Teams, exclude languages):

What is your motivation to apply for reporter?:
My motivation for applying to reporter comes from the desire to do something more than crimerp or day-to-day school roleplay. I have been playing SchoolRP for over four years, and I am very much looking to expand the amount of RP I have experienced in the server. I want to explore what comes with being a Reporter, the amazing roleplay while having interviews with others, or the friends you can make along the way. Everything I desire while playing this server is in arm's reach of hopefully becoming a reporter. I have always enjoyed the thought of different roleplay interactions that could be held as a reporter, the creativity of what you can report about in Karakura. I want to show others secrets that some may not know about, the desires of those who have the drive to find out everything about Karakura, but never get the chance to do so.

Most people skip over the little details that come with being a reporter, or maybe wanting to find out what there is to see behind closed doors. I want to be the person to help open those doors, and show others what is on the inside of Karakura. The connections I have made, with many of those being in reporter, always give it the best name. Encouraging me, telling me I should apply and experience what this faction has to offer. Being close with many of those within the faction, as well as being driven to explore what the faction has to offer, gives me the utmost desire to be a part of the team.

Do you have any experience with writing? What is your relationship with writing?:
My relationship with writing comes from the drive to create reality with words. For as long as I can remember, as a kid, I always enjoyed writing, whether it was something small like a comic or big like a book. I enjoyed creating my own story, with something as powerful as my mind. The time spent simply writing this application is nothing but fun, and encouraging to enjoy writing more. I've tried in the past to maybe become a Misfits writer, or maybe for another server, but I could never meet the standards needed. One of the main downfalls that separates me from being able to write like others is, unfortunately, dyslexia (or maybe I'm just an idiot who knows T_T). Nothing in my eyes will stop me from doing what I wish. If I want to be a reporter, I'll try and try again to become one. The most experience I could say I have with writing would be creating my own little story, or simply essays (I hate school). Besides those, I would consider the amount of activity/events I have written for people, but I enjoy every ounce of it.

Are you aware of - and will follow - the set of rules provided to you?:
I am fully aware and ready to follow any rules appointed to me.

Why should we accept you over others?:
I would think what sets me apart from others, what gives you the want to choose me over others, would be my absolute focus once given a task, or when I set my mind on something. The sheer want to succeed is a trait I have that can be good sometimes, but not all of the time. I'm a very social person; I always tend to make friends easily and become a mutual friend between those who may not be fond of having friends. I think you should accept me for the charismatic personality that follows me, let alone the desire to accomplish whatever is put to mind. Now I know that may be something heard often, but I really do give everything I have into being a part of anything. Whether its a simple little club, I'll treat it as if my entire life may depend on it. I want this, more than anything I could think of. The people that ask me, or wonder why I am so dedicated to reporter, is due to me wanting to be apart of this faction. Not just apply to whatever I can get into.

Do you understand you have to stay completely neutral with all reports? (Your report can't have any OOC or IC bias towards a specific group.)
I fully understand and acknowledge that any report I make can not be biased in any way, and I'm ready to take the punishment if it comes out that way ever.

Do you trust that you will be able to stay active and complete the monthly quota?:
Without a doubt, I will be able to stay active and complete the quota given to me. If there is ever a reason why I am not active, I will always inform the publisher.

Summarise what you imagine work as a reporter is:

I imagine working as a reporter would be simple but hard, making sure that they find every tiny amount of info, and every little detail, to put in their story. Asking the right questions, all while taking notes of every answer given back to them. Taking in every ounce of knowledge with each interview, with the desire to also enjoy what they are doing without failure. Giving the viewer of every report you send out, the feel for every word placed within the report. Showing the extent you can go, using creativity, imagination, all while using the world around you to build off what you write. Enjoying the RolePlay coming with it, and always enjoying all that comes with being a reporter.

Full Name:
"Sorry was a little zoned out for a second. My name is Lucien Aiuchi-Vantu."

Preferred Name/Nickname and Title (e.g., Ms, Mr)
"My preferred name would be Lucien, it would be a little weird to call me Vantu"

Current Age (25+):
"I am currently at the ripe age of 27! Heh..."

Past job/work experience:
"My past jobs? I have been a waiter in the past and a bartender for a small period of time."

Degree/qualifications:
"Master's college, didn't get far past that, got too expensive"

Nationality and born location:
"I'm Romanian and Finnish. Born and raised in Romania, I moved to Finland with my mom for the past 10 years ago, then came here about a year ago."

Phone Number: 030-
"Ahhh, let me check, still new to the number, need to look every now and then.
Oh, here it is 030-120-7573"

How would you describe yourself in under 150 words?:
"I would say I'm a very outgoing person, and I like to experience all there is in this world. I don't think there is enough time to see it all, but with my time, I want to see what I can. I'm dedicated and driven to be the best I can be for myself. I can say I'm sort of social? You would have to get to know me a little more before I just open up and hang out with you often. I am more than welcome to those around me, and will always feel like there is more to someone than what they show. Finding out what is on the inside of the book, not just the outside. I have a strong work ethic, keeping myself on task with no distractions to keep me from what I do best. I like to figure out what people are, and where they hopefully see themselves in the future. I care for those around me more than anything, and keeping family close is a must when I do anything. Even if you are a friend, I see you as family if you are close enough to me."

What are you interested in writing about? How will you achieve this, and would you consider going out of your comfort zone?:
"I'm very interested in writing about some of the secrets around this town, Karakura. It is a small place with many mysteries. Just for the short time I have been here, there are many places I wish I had answers for or even a smidge of what it could be. The small caves, run down buildings on mountains, the sounds that you hear in the forest at night, whispers of everything around you. As much as it may want you to run and scream like a little kid, it's so fascinating to me. My comfort zone has expanded past its point. I have been to a total of...... 6 schools? Never got to stay in one place, always had to stay on the move. So it's a piece of cake getting to know new people, or maybe being around those I don't like. As long as I get a good report, I'll be happy"

What are your expectations for the job?:
"My expectations for the job would be to hold accountability for your work. Now, let me put it into an example, let's say a meeting fails, or a report goes wrong. If I am not mistaken, that is on me. no one I can blame for the mistakes I have made. Meeting my deadline and keeping my composure while staying professional is the best route to go down. The scenes I might encounter, or maybe what I could see while doing this job. I am without a doubt ready for it all. I fully understand how important it is to keep things professional when doing my job, especially when it comes to others' perspectives. Keeping myself focused and being 100% of me all the time is something I look forward to doing. Keeping myself challenged is always fun and makes this job just a little more interesting. Keeping a great attitude, all while giving people a laugh around the workplace. No need to be serious all of the time. it's nice to have a laugh here and there."

Do you have a criminal record? If so, list the crimes below:
"I do not! I'd like to keep myself out of trouble, saying I have only been here for a certain amount of time."
Fluent Languages (Underline your native):
"As of right now, my fluent language is Romanian. I am learning Finnish slowly since I do wish to speak with some friends in Finland."

PROMPTS:
You will have to write two reports about a topic of your choice. Here we can see how pronounced your writing is and how creative you are. Use your own formatting and your own report idea. (If you're found plagiarizing an actual report or another applicant, you will be denied.)

#1 - General report. Report about a topic, informing players about an event or significant issues to Karakura.

(Sorry for the lining, I tried so hard to fix it.)
#2 -Interview. It's important to have well-rounded questions. Create your own interview with ten questions or more. And answer them yourself.

[!] Static could be heard creeping up through an audio device, the sound becoming clearer and clearer. [!]

[Lucien]
"Is this thing on? Got it."

clicked a pen as he pulled out a notepad, his expression showing warmth and security.

"Hello! Thank you for taking this interview at such short notice. I would like to ask you a few questions about the forest, and maybe some things you may have experienced or what you have experienced while being in the shrine. If you are alright with that?"

Lucien's face showed a light smile as he waited.

[Maiden]
Gave a slight nod, resting her forearms on her knees.

"Of course, go ahead!"

[Lucien]
"Great! So first, I wanted to ask, with the amount of time you have spent in the shrine, have you ever experienced anything paranormal? Possibly within the shrine or outside of it? Do you believe that spirits exist? Or would you say it's a folk tale?"

[Maiden]
"Well, many people know of Nitsa, otherwise known as Tamashi. She came to the shrine various times; she protected us. But alternative spirits? I've seen a few shocking things— On my first night back from my holiday, when I JUST got into town, not even ten minutes of me being in town and on my way to the shrine, did something whisper over my shoulder. Funny, I always called the thing 'Whispers' due to it just being a whisper in the wind. The next day, I was talking to a dear friend about it, and it came back."

"Naturally, we ran for the hills."

"Oh, and at some point, a very sweet porcelain doll came by the shrine."

"That was a while ago."

[Lucien]
"Hmm, that's very interesting."

Taking his pen from his hand, he clicked it a few times before landing on the point. He'd drag the pen down, taking a couple of notes in his notebook. He'd glance back up at Amai tapping his chin with the pen.

"So, is there anything you may have found out about said spirits? Maybe a name or some sort of identity? Possibly what they could've been in the past?"

[Maiden]
Shaking her head side to side, as she looked towards Lucien.

"No, sorry. I think the doll had mentioned a name, but it has been so long that I can't remember-"

[Lucien]
"That’s perfectly fine! I do say it's fascinating to know that so many people have had these sorts of encounters.”

Flipping a page as he read something in his head, before tilting his head back up.

“With that, has there been anything odd you have possibly seen in the forest? Cults? Possibly cannibals?”

[Maiden]
“I have seen- some cult activity in the forest, that includes some vandalism, but nothing too much that I know of. It’s stopped for now, I think.”

[Lucien]
“Interesting, building on that, what odd discoveries have you found upon looking into what these ‘cults’ were doing? If you did that is, maybe something that could expand what we may know?”

[Maiden]
“I don’t know much about the cults that roam these streets. I’m just called to help clean up things left behind, more so, I don't want to know the majority of that information.”

[Lucien]
scratched the side of his head with the back of the pen, giving off a slight smile before looking in and focusing on what to ask.

"That's completely understandable. I wouldn't want to explore what they were doing either… Anyway, would you happen to know about the abandoned house on the mountainside with the well next to it? If so, have you seen the cave that is under said house?"

[Maiden]
"I've seen the cave, yes, but I have no idea about the history of said house or the cave."

[Lucien]
"You have explored it, correct? Or maybe been inside?"

[Maiden]
"I've been inside. It's been a while though."

[Lucien]
clicked his pen as he wrote down some notes, his curiosity growing more and more with each question.

"So even though it has been a while, could you give me what you know about what has been done in that cave? To your knowledge, of course."

[Maiden]
"I've never seen anything being done in there. I just went there for curiosity, nothing more."

[Lucien]
Seeing as he may be drifting from what was intended, he'd straighten his posture as he gave a warm smile, setting both hands in his lap with the pen and notepad
.

"Ahh, I see, well, thank you for letting me know! Let's move on, shall we? About the spirits within the forest, have any of them seemed to harm you in any sort of way? Possibly show themselves? Besides the doll, of course."

[Maiden]
"I've not encountered spirits in the forest. I was not here last October. So, sorry again, but no, I haven't seen anything of the such, but I've been told and seen examples of people who have been harmed."

[Lucien]
With his expression changing, slightly turning confused, he would pick up the pen and pad, writing down something small.

"So you have heard stories? That's good to hear- Well, about the doll you had seen, do you remember any sort of detail of what it may have looked like?"

[Maiden]
"She came up to the shrine. She was a dancer, she had a mentor in Tokyo, and she was traveling. She had black hair- I think, and of course, porcelain skin."

[Lucien]
Looking down at his pad, he would take a second to think about the description before taking the pen and gently dragging it against the pad to write down a couple of notes.

"I see, well, it's starting to get dark, so I'll sum things up! Last question for you. The protector you had spoken about, tell me about them. Possibly what they look like? Or who they may be?"

[Maiden]
"Miss Nitsa is well known; she always had a fox mask on, but I wouldn’t be the best to tell you about her. You may have to ask someone else."

[Lucien]
"Ahhh, I see, well, thank you for your time. It is very appreciated, I'm glad you could come out and take the time to do this interview. It was good speaking with you, Miss Amai."

"I look forward to seeing you ag-"

[!] The recording abruptly stopped, as the noise turned into static [!]

Additional Information:
I tried so many times to get more ScreenShots and pictures into the application, but it would give me an error each time, so I couldn't. I'm sorry!
