Describe your activity on the server
I’m usually on every single day unless I’m taking a break. I tend to stay on for hours (at least 4-5, at most 8-11), though it depends on whether I’m actively doing something/if my friends are on. Either way, I’m on for a decent amount of time.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?
Yes, I acknowledge that being inactive can/will result in demotion.
School Employee Role you are applying for?
Nurse
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for
A nurse is responsible for treating injured students, or even students that just aren’t feeling well. Their treatments are typically minor, whether it be giving someone an ice pack & bandaging for a bruise or offering pain medication if necessary. Of course, for anything more severe (broken or sprained bones/limbs), they’d require proper medical assistance, such as EMS.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?
I've been playing SRP since 2019. Initially, I wasn't too good at it because I hadn't done Minecraft role-play in a good while. However, the more I interacted with others, the more experience I gained & I gradually improved. I’d say how I roleplay now is much better than what it used to be and I love being able to detail and create lore. I’m experienced with most forms of roleplay, including romance, combat, lore-based, etc. I’ve even planned out lots of lore scenes for my and my friends’ characters.
Outside of SRP, I was a huge Wattpad lover. My love for role-playing grew on that app, and I always created multitudes of characters with lots of lore. I would role-play with others there, and the amount of detail involved made it so fun and exciting. In addition, I played on a Minecraft Pocket Edition role-play server back in 2016-2017, so I’ve been doing this for quite some time now.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?
I worked as a librarian back in 2023 (I think?) & enjoyed it greatly. I loved the faction & found it, plus the interactions, fun. As of late, I've been wanting to do more role-play outside of being a student. There's rarely anything for me to do as an adult, either. A handful of my friends are part of the school faction (both employees & teachers/professors) & they genuinely enjoy it too.
I miss being part of the faction & the role-play that came with it. If possible, I'd like to join it once again.

Situations
During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?
Freyja's typically stoic expression would remain unwavering. She'd give the student a minute to get their frustration and anger out before reminding them to mind both their words and tone. If they're upset about something, they should speak about it calmly rather than being disrespectful and disruptive. The woman would then offer to listen to any concerns they have and, if possible, offer to help sort out the issue. For the sake of privacy, peace, and quiet, she'd bring them to the nurse's office and proceed from there.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?
Before approaching the students, Freyja would ask for assistance over the radio — just in case she needed backup... Once she was closer to them, she would tell them to separate immediately. If they refused to, she would interject herself in between them to force their brawl to end. Then, she'd take them to the nurse's office so that she could patch them up and ask why they were fighting. If the reason was something that could be dealt with appropriately, she'd offer assistance. However, if it was something personal between them that couldn't be mended by outside help, she'd simply advise them to keep away from each other.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?
Typically, what others choose to do is of no business of Freyja's. However, behaving inappropriately and potentially endangering both themself and others was unacceptable. So, she would decide to approach the employee and question their actions. Why were they doing it? Did they know it was dangerous? Wrong? If, for whatever reason, they were ignorant of the gravity of their actions, she would calmly explain it to them. If they did know and still chose to do it, she would likely scold them.
Of course, she wouldn't do this out in the open where others can overhear or see. She'd take them to a more private and quieter area. Regardless, whether or not she decided to inform anyone else about the incident would remain up in the air. It'd depend solely on whether the employee learns from their behavior and improves, or if they continue to do the same thing.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Freyja is naturally reserved and quiet. She keeps to herself but will still give a brief greeting to anyone else in the room, or engage in small discussions. Aside from that, she usually won't speak unless spoken to. However, there are a few occasions when she offers to make tea for the other faculty members!
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me looked up at the student who approached the office. Her eyes widened a bit as blood gushed from their nose, causing her to usher them into the room with haste. Meanwhile, she had them hold a cloth to their nose as she grabbed the supplies necessary to treat him. When she walked back over, she took a moment to inspect their nose, checking if it was just a regular nosebleed or due to something else (e.g. being broken). Thankfully, it was a nosebleed and not the latter. "Keep the cloth over your nose and tilt your head forward a little... Then, I want you to pinch the bridge of your nose. I'll set a timer for ten minutes." And she did just that, taking her phone out to time it. After the ten minutes were up, she'd gesture for the student to lower the cloth, checking their nose. Offering a faint and subtle smile, she'd nod her head. "Alright, you're good to go. If it starts to bleed again, come back."
/me made her way around the nurse's office, checking how much of their supplies remained. Using a small notepad, she jotted down anything they did and didn't need more of. Once she was finished with that, she'd take time to reorganize everything, as well as clean up any messes made. Her movements were slower than usual, but that didn't disrupt her routine. She'd move on to making the beds, fixing the sheets, and fluffing up the pillows for the next day!
/me entered the faculty breakroom after the bell had rung, indicating that it was lunchtime. She glanced around the room before realizing another faculty member was present. Offering a small, subtle smile, she'd lightly hum, "Good afternoon." Then, she'd make her way to the mini kitchen area, briefly looking over her shoulder at the employee. "Would you... like some tea?" She softly asked, awaiting their response. In the meantime, she'd prepare the tea kettle, filling it with water and setting it on the stove. She set the stove to the appropriate temperature and set a timer. She took out a cup for herself and another if the individual wanted some as well.

Backstory
Growing up as a child with physical ailments was... difficult. For Freyja Estrem-Magnhild, it was a constant thorn in her side.
Abandoned by her biological parents, Freyja was adopted by Lisa Bjørg Magnhild and Uyeda Magnhild when she was only ten. Understandably, it wasn't easy for her to settle into the family. So many new faces, new rules, and an entirely new environment — it was terrifying. However, one of her new sisters, Kobato, took the lead and helped young Freyja grow comfortable. Where the parents lacked the patience she needed, Kobato provided with ease. When her illness weighed more heavily than most days, Kobato was the one to help take care of her. Naturally, she looked up to her sister more than her parents, who... didn't truly feel like parents to begin with.
They were too... distant.
Since Freyja was homeschooled for a short period, she took it upon herself to look into anything and everything medical. She wanted to understand her body and her condition better, so she researched. She searched and searched and searched... until she'd gathered enough information to piece things together. Alongside this, however, she discovered she quite enjoyed learning about the medical field, nursing, and so on. It intrigued her and she found herself wanting to grow up to be someone who could help others like her sister helped her.
When she was finally able to physically attend school, Freyja had to visit the nurse's office frequently for her medication. As such, a window of opportunity had presented itself — she could ask the nurse questions about his job. After all, she'd likely learn a lot more from someone who was actively working as a nurse. Thankfully, the nurse didn't mind her inquiries and often entertained them. After a few months of this back and forth, he asked her if she wanted to be an assistant so she could experience it firsthand. With limitations, of course. The young girl was thrilled and accepted without a second thought.
This lasted for about a year or so. Kobato had noticed Freyja's passion for nursing and it sparked long but engaging conversations. While the former was aiming to be a librarian, the latter was aiming to be a nurse or work in some form of medical field in general. Both had already made up their minds as to what they'd be going to college for.
Little did either of them know, though, that their ultimate destination would be Karakura.
Through her sister's recommendation, Freyja had decided to look into Karakura High's nurse position. She debated over applying for a few weeks, uncertainty looming over her like a dark cloud. However, with a gentle push from a dear friend, she stopped hesitating and began applying.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective)
Truthfully, I was unsure about applying as I wasn't sure which role I'd be good at. However, my sister worked as a librarian and spoke highly of the school's faculty and overall community. So, I decided I would give it a try myself.
When I was in school, I was tasked to be an assistant to the nurse. I would keep track of the supplies and help restock when necessary. Occasionally, he would allow me to help treat small injuries, such as sc****s or minor cuts. I was his assistant for about a year and honestly, I enjoyed it a lot. My passion started during that time as an assistant, and after high school, I went to college specifically for nursing.
Becoming a nurse would allow me to put what I've learned to use. I enjoy taking care of others and consider myself to be fairly good at it.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Considering I don't know what the other applications have put in their submissions, I can't say for sure whether I should be chosen over them. I don't doubt that there are applicants who are more skilled and adequately equipped for this position, either.
However, I believe that I have traits others may be lacking — patience and understanding being two of them. I understand that dealing with children can be... difficult, especially if they're prone to being volatile. This can make the job too stressful and wear down one's patience. However, I don't struggle with that personally. I would do my best to prioritize the students' safety above all else. Addressing their behavior can come after ensuring they're safe and taken care of.
I'm passionate about treating others and providing a space they can feel comfortable and safe. I'd also like to help ease the weight of the responsibility as some nurses may end up working alone if others aren't present.
