What’s your motivation for applying?:
My motivations for applying are that I have honestly adored the thought of MedicalRP. OOCly, I have taken many courses that refer too First Aid and Mental health, as I find it quite interesting. I find it'd be fun and something new to me that I am capable of and have a lot of fun doing as well. Another motivation I have is because I have worked on SRP as a Mentor and a Private tutor, so I wanted to try something new as I have also only simply had the Adult rank, and doing something different sounds quite fun in my opinion. Yet another motivation, would have to be simply helping people, I have had many chars in the past who have / are working too get more experience in the medical field to help others, though it can be quite difficult at times regarding classes and what you can do and limits so I wanted to make that dream possible for my characters!

What do you know about the role you’re applying for?:
The role I'm applying for which would be nurse, consists of the following;
Nurses have a very important role in the hospital, they are the communication for patients and doctors if the ill cannot go to the doctor themselves, or the doctor is unavailable. They also care for the patients after and before any work is done to treat them or if they are in simple need of care. Nurses tend to also be the ones administering medicine and monitoring patients, whilst they tend to manage hospital records. Another role that the nurse performs would be check ups, may that be making sure they're healthy to go into surgery, checking if someone is pregnant, or simply filling out a prescription. Another big thing they do is educate the patients family on their well-being and status being developed on at the moment.

I do, they are;
Code Blue = Medical Emergency.
Code Violet = Aggressive Behavior.
Code Red = Smoke or Fire.
Code Orange = Hazardous Spill.
Code Yellow = lnternal Emergency.
Code Black = Bomb Threat.
Code Silver = Active Shooter.
Code Pink = lnfant / Baby Abduction.
Code Brown = Severe Weather.
Code Green = Emergency Activation.

Are you aware that each position has a set minimum age limit? (N: 23, D: 25, S: 28)*
I am aware of the minimum age limit, my age limit if I was too achieve it would be age 24/23.
The minimum age limit for them all is;
Nurse: 23 years old.
Doctor: 25 years old.
Surgeon: 28 years old.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I do acknowledge that I will be demoted if so, but you do not have to worry
as I will try my best to not even miss a day!
What do you know about basic medical knowledge?:
Basic medical knowledge, well - I would say I know quite a far bit. In terms of what drugs do what, how to help if someone has overdosed on those drugs, how to treat bites and wounds, what to use to clean them, what to do when someone may faint and have a seizure, and the 'DRSABCD' (Danger, Response, Send of help, Airways, Breathing, CPR and Defibrillation.) basics. I also know how to treat STDS and STIs if that was honestly needed, though I do admit I don't know that much about
them compared to other diseases and infections.
List all the EMS roles and their jobs:
The Head Physician,
Their job is be supervise and take lead of medical matters, been in charge of the consultants and attending physicians, but at times can be in charge of other professional groups at hand.
Clinical Managers,
Their job is too take care and manage clinical, professional, administrative and clerical staff, also managing the recruitment, development of and judgement of staff; implementing and developing policies and directives, over-looking management day-to-day and
monitoring budgets and attending meetings if needed.
Clinical Leads,
Clinical leads job is too supervise a group of nurses and health care assistants no matter where the situation is. They will also supervise the group too make sure they are maintaining their standards of excellent care to patients and other workers.
Surgeons,
Surgeons are a big part of the hospital facility. They can remove tissue if needed, organs, repair body systems, implant transplants for places in the body that may be diseased. They can preform most types of surgeries needed for the patient/s at hand. There is also of course specialized surgeons that can preform all types including brain and heart surgeries.
Nurses,
Nurses communicate and consult with health care providers. They are the ones that take care and monitor patients and look after them when in need of it. They also are the ones too notify family members about what will be happening and what has happened too the patient whilst also been in charge of managing medical records. They also are the ones to administrate medicine for the patients and also assisting the doctors and surgeons if needed.

Doctors jobs are too often make a diagnosis of any issues, may it be mental or physical to then treat you with whatever is needed. They are also allowed to preform special treatments that, lets say psychiatrists may not be able too. Such as, Wart removal / skin tag, which would / could be done by using dry ice or some form of chemical. They also are allowed too preform / supervise tests been done.
Psychiatrists,
Psychiatrists are the people that diagnosed people that may have mental or physical issues, they make a diagnosis of you and works out a management plan for your treatment and recovery. They also provide psychological treatment, prescribe medication and preform certain procedures.

How are you like during and off shift?:
During a shift, I am quite a mature I would say, always been on alert
and ready too do anything that is needed and asked of me maybe messing around time to time with co-workers if I notice one of them having a bad day.
Off a shift, I'd say l'm not quite active to be honest, I would most likely be up homed cuddled up too my husband, Giann watching movies. I'd only leave to maybe go get
supplies to eat or get little gifts for myself or others.
How would you describe your personality in summary?:
I'd say, my personality in a nutshell would be quite a shy and quiet person, been quite a good listener. I normally do take things quite seriously, though I do LOVE to joke around time-to-time when it's an alright tine to do so. I also tend to be quite easy-going and forgiving, always loving to give advice too people who may need it.
How would you describe your appearance?
I am a young woman that stands at around - 5'4 who has a slim, petite figure. I have gentle dirty blond hair that falls over my face. I am always told that I'm seen smiling, my dimples always been visible when I do so. I also have gentle brown eyes that sit on what I call a, 'curious expression!' Sadly. . there is a few scars that can be found on my arm, more pacifically found on my wrists and palms.
Do you have any mental or physical illnesses we should be aware of?
I suffer from Separation Anxiety, but I am on medication which help controls me, along with another form of anxiety known as 'Thanatophobia' which refers
to been terrified to loose someone you love.

Gabriella was born in 1997, been birthed by her mother, 'Marionette' in her grandmother's house which would be found somewhere in France. Gabriella was always quite a shy girl, ever since she could talk and walk. She'd always try her best to avoid people she didn't know. Unfortunately, by the age of 4, Gabri began to develop separation anxiety. Due too this, her parents began to grow annoyed with her antics. As time progressed, Her mother and father began to grow apart, along with growing apart from their own child, Gabriella. By the age of 6, Her parents had an awful divorced, and she was left all alone with her father. . as her mother did not want to deal with her, stating she was too much of a 'hassle' to deal with.

As she moved into her father's house, her anxiety began to grow worse and worse as her father continued to mentally challenge and abuse her by locking her up, attempting to drown her, force feeding her and starving her for weeks if she was to step out of line and fail to listen to him. Gabri would often sit behind her door, sobbing for hours as she could hear her father laughing. . drinking alcohol with many other women surrounding his laughter. Up until age 10, Gabriella had attempted suicide at least 5 times by hanging, slicing her wrists and attempting to overdose.Unfortunately, the breaking point for her would be when her father found out, and he spoke the words 'I'll gladly grab a beer and watch.' When the comment was stated, she was only the young age of 12. A couple hours later, she had packed her bags. . and grabbed the credit card her father used. Gabriella had traveled too the airport, paying for a ticket too fly too somewhere far.. far away. That place. .Ending up been Karakura. Over time, Gabriella began too attend the high school, living with her new family. . The Quinzelle's. By the age of 17, Gabriella had met the love of her life, Giann Himmevalkt. . Eventually starting a family with him known as the Loughty's where she now lives happily.
