My activity on SRP has been constantly growing over time ever since I came back this summer. I played SRP on an old account around 2017 and had quit for a bit. Out of boredom I decided to come back to SRP during this summer, and for about 4-5 months now I've been playing a lot. I’m usually on for either 5-8 hours during the weekdays due to school, while on the weekends I'm on for 7-10 hours.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Nurses are a part of school faculty that play a major role, they take care of students when in need. Whether it would be injuries or any illnesses that students experience, a nurse is handed the duty to take care of that student as much as they can. Nurses also ensure that no kid will be left behind, and are to prioritize every student that walks into the nurses office.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Most of my roleplay experiences have been in the category of DetailRP, RomanceRP, GangRP, CrimeRP, and CombatRP. Although I enjoy every single one of these categories, it felt like something was missing. Growing up I also started engaging myself in different RP scenarios especially with Roblox games, and although it is kind of silly my passion in RP’ing was mostly sparked because of roblox. With all of these experiences I've had, I really wanted to open one of my characters to a new kind of RP, which is why I decided to apply for the Nurse position for school faculty.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I’ve been involved around CrimeRP, CombatRP, and mostly GangRP ever since I came back to SRP. Although I've enjoyed the experience in all those categories, I didn’t want to just stay in the CrimeRP scene for months on end. I wanted to join a different faction that would give me new opportunities and teach me new things out of character and in character. I have a new character that I wanted to have a different experience with, I wanted her to not revolve herself around CrimeRP and to experience something new. Being in faculty also can fill up my schedule as I am free usually most of the days excluding when I’m at school, I don’t really have much going on for me most of the time so working as a Nurse can keep me occupied.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Meifen would keep her composure, and stay calm as she had no reason to be mad at the student, after all, teenagers have different phases during their times of physical and mental development. Meifen would softly ask the student to not use that foul language anywhere on school grounds, she would warn the student for the lack of respect and the disrespect being given to a faculty member. She would proceed to tell them that if this behavior continues that she will have to hand out a detention slip.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Meifen would immediately run to the students fighting before standing in between the two, causing them to separate. Not wanting the altercation to get worse, she would bring each student to a different corner, and ask for both of their stories. After that, she would bring them to the nurses office to look for any injuries and any severe damage that had been done to both parties. She would then hand both of the students a detention slip, and warn them that if anything happens like this again, a higher up in faculty like SLT will be called.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would immediately get herself involved in the situation, as a nurse it is a part of her job to ensure that no one gets hurt. Meifen would then talk to the employee, stating that what they are doing could have affected multiple people and that it was extremely unprofessional of them. She would then grab information about what happened, and if the employee stops, Meifen would just keep a close eye on him. If the said employee does not stop their behavior, she would call a higher up in SLT and report the incident.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
My character would act very calm and mature, knowing that she is in an environment where she needs to be professional. If another employee strikes a conversation with her, she would calmly and kindly engage herself in the conversation. Meifen being an open person, she would make sure that every employee feels comfortable around her presence.

/me (Student Having A Breakdown)
Running to the student that was on their knees having a breakdown, Meifen would kneel down with a water bottle and a cookie. A warm smile appeared on her face, as she proceeded to talk to the student. “Calm down dear, I'm here now. It’s all going to be fine, just listen to my voice.” Meifen gently rubbed the students back as she reassured them, giving instructions momentarily after. “Now, listen to me okay? We’re gonna take a few deep breaths to help you calm down, okay? Take some breaths with me now." Meifen said, waiting a moment before she inhaled and held it in for 5 seconds, a deep exhale following after, then repeating the process a few more times. Meifen uncapped the water bottle, placing it next to the student with a warm smile on her face as she held out the cookie to the student, allowing them to take it from her hand.
/me (Head Injury)
Shuffling around the cabinets in an attempt to find a bandage roll and some gauze, Meifen prepared herself and the medical equipment. Holding the bandage roll and the gauze that was needed, Meifen would run to the student who had experienced a head injury and was bleeding. Meifen knelt down, “I’m here to help you okay? Don’t panic and take some deep breaths for me, this will hurt a tiny bit but don’t fret.” Grabbing the gauze, she would apply it on the students wound, applying as much pressure as she can. “Please hold this and apply as much pressure as you can.” Meifen would say as she grabbed the bandage roll with her other hand, wrapping it around the students head to ensure that the gauze was stuck in place and was covering the injury. She would then check on the student asking if the bandage roll wrapped around their head was too tight or too loose, after double checking, she would then grab her phone or a small flashlight. Meifen would flash the light on the students eye, making sure that their pupils aren't dilated which is a sign of a concussion. “Can you follow my index finger?” Meifen would say, putting her right index finger up, slowly moving it side to side. After double checking the students' injury, she would then grab a marshmallow treat, checking first if they were allergic before handing it to the student.

Seeing that the student was having an allergic reaction, Meifen immediately ran to grab an epipen. Coming back with an epipen in her hand, she would then tell the student to keep their leg straight, before lifting one side of the student's pants up to reveal their thigh. She would then remove the safety cap, holding it in her left hand as it is her dominant hand. She positioned the tip of the epipen in a 90 degree angle, about 15 centimeters away from the students outer thigh. Meifen would firmly jab the epipen on the students thigh, holding it as the fluid was injected in the students body. After a few seconds, she would then put the epipen back in the carrier tube before throwing it away. Running back to the student, she would instruct them to massage the area for a few minutes. Pulling out her phone she would then dial the emergency number, requesting an EMS to come to school to give the student proper medical care. While Meifen and the student waited for EMS to arrive, she would stack a few pillows on top of the bed, telling the student to lay down. Using more pillows, she would then put the students leg on top, elevating it. Meifen would constantly check the students pulse and breathing to make sure that they were fine.

Backstory
Meifen Chun-Hua is a woman born in Lijiang, China. Her early life was mediocre, at most; being a part of a typical family, Chun-Hua would have two parental figures in her life who loved her dearly. Her life would soon undergo wretched events, as both her parents lost their lives in an airplane crash. Chun-Hua's grandma would be babysitting her during this situation, the oblivious three-year-old unaware of such a fate regarding her parents. It was a devastating four months for them: for one, a child unaware as to why her parents were no longer present within her life, and two: a grandmother taking care of a child as she knows the truth. When Chun-Hua turned four, her grandma decided it would be best to leave her in the hands of foster care in hopes of Chun-Hua ending up with someone more stable than her. Thankfully, her grandma would be proven right, being adopted by two particular individuals who seemed to care for her as much as her biological parents did. Years later, Chun-Hua’s life seemed as if it was going up a slope with prosperous fortune. At the age of twelve, she would find a flier which had been an advertisement for one of ‘the most prestigious schools’ in Japan, Karakura High School & College. Thrilled at such an opportunity, she’d rush to her parents proclaiming her need to go to this school; her parents reluctantly denying her ‘need,’ yet promising that she could go in due time.
A year later, Chun-Hua would finally be 13; exhilarated, she would begin to feel as if her life is finally going her way: “Meifen’s big day,” she’d like to call it. Starting her high school life, she’d look up to most of the faculty there: teachers, nurses, and janitors were seemingly idols to her, no matter what their roles were. Her parents death also played a part into this odd idolization of adults in her life, as she’d finally learned the truth from her adoptive parents. However, one particular group of faculty caught her eye, the adults that seemingly meant her more than she’d have thought, even if their role was somewhat minimal: nurses. Chun-Hua has an interesting habit of hurting herself, each incident being an accident of course. Her clumsy nature was more evident than ever during her younger years, though seemingly receding as she grew up. Always ending up in the nurse's office, she’d admire them for what they’ve done, a job that seems to be relatively niche yet pleasant. Years went by, and her high school was comparably simple for the young woman, although her inner circle was lacking; in spite of this, she paid no mind as she took her high school seriously.
At the age of 18, it was Chun-Hua’s “big day” once more, as she had successfully graduated high school with a diploma. She’d boast about it to her adoptive parents, forever grateful as without them, this big day would’ve been rendered impossible for a girl like her. Her journey in Karakura High School wasn’t over yet, however, as she would then attend at the same school she had worked tirelessly in. She was far from done, stepping her game up as she’d shoot for her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing; another 4 years of school for her wasn’t particularly ideal, but she knew she could manage on such a serious task she’d assign herself. She’d evidently succeed in doing so, the no-longer-young woman now reaching adulthood, in her eyes. Degree in hand, she would consider this to be the start of the rest of her life, applying as a nurse at the same high school she grew up in, hoping to be as proficient as the nurses that preceded her; if not, better. Meifen Chun-Hua would finally consider her life desirable, working as a nurse at the beautiful age of 35.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
As I experienced the most grueling teenage years of my life, I opened my eyes and changed my perspective in life as a whole. Losing my parents at a very young age was difficult but it was my motivation for my future. Moving to Karakura was the best decision that I have ever made and it opened a new gate of opportunities for me. Being skeptical about studying in Karakura High School, I still decided to give it a try and got my diploma at the age of 18. I was wrong when I thought that a single paper can’t just tragically shift my future, but it did. I ended up striving more for my future and after endless studying and having to work my way through the top, I eventually got my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. My biological parents became a reason as to why I wanted to help multiple teens in their life, whether it would be having to hear them out during stressful times or aiding them. As an adult that went through tough times and built her story brick by brick without giving up, I wanted to encourage the students of Karakura High School to do the same.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I feel like I should be accepted over the other applicants for some more personal reasons. I'm a pretty active member, playing multiple hours at a time if I have the time and chance to do so! I've been a member of SRP since around the start of 2017 but I took a long break and I joined back months ago, feeling motivated to play SRP once more. I've been putting a small amount of my focus onto SRP keeping balance between my outside life and SRP. But for the past month I've been getting a bit more bored, mostly because of the lack of opportunities I'm giving myself when it comes to RP. I wanted to try out a new type of RP and the thing that caught my eye quickly was Nurse, mostly for the amount of RP opportunity it has included with it, but also because one of my friends is in the nurse faction who recently told me I should give it a shot and try it out. I've had my fun and time with GangRP which is mostly the thing that has kept me in SRP and allowed me to meet a lot of people. I want to experience new interactions and meet new people mostly.
