- Club Leader is considered an intermediate role, whilst we encourage players of all sorts to apply, please note that the tasks of a club leader can be intensive at times when it comes to meeting event's and club member management.
- When it comes to inactivity, it must be logged or you could face reprimand or possible termination in extreme cases, you are responsible for your own activity, your club's activity and your club's retention.
- Clubs must be student appropriate and easy to understand with a specific theme, this is to maximise student interest and remain realistic.
More information on what makes a good club theme can be seen here:
- Resource 1
- Resource 2 - We recommend having a basic understanding of leadership before becoming a club leader, this is to ensure the smooth management of your club's members, help will be provided along the way, from the faction lead, assigned student councillors to supervise your club.

What is your name?
Aspen Bloodworth
What is your age and grade?
21 and I am a College Masters
What is your motivation to lead a club within the school? (250+ words)
My motivation has been driven by a lot of things, one of the many ones being creative freedom. Sadly, this is something that I have been lacking in the last few months and it has dwindled my ability to thrive in my given environment in the jock community. I want to thrive outside of the sports scene, and try something different and challenging. When coming up with ideas, I came across an old club back from my home town that was exceptionally popular with the student body. Knowing some of the students at the school, this club idea could easily be a love / hate relationship type deal, but it is what drives my motivation to put the idea out there.
I do not believe the school, either high school or college, has had a club like this, and it drives my motivation to bring something new even more. Spending nights of my time, thinking up ideas that I could present, going across the multiple things that I would need to set up prior to writing this, we ignore what time I am writing this, the more I work on this, makes me more excited to present this just a bit more. I wish for people to fall in love with this idea as much as I did when I came across it. Along with the club idea’s perks, it would easily be able to combine with other clubs in order to host co-events. I look forward to seeing where this goes, and fingers crossed my motivation doesn’t fail me just yet.
Why choose you over other candidates applying for this position? (50+ words)
From what I have seen, there are a lot of more ‘common clubs’ that you would see at multiple schools, a few examples being book, music, P.A., Journalism, cooking, and gardening. You of course have the more rare clubs, architecture, occult, astrology, and gaming. With the idea I am presenting, I would fit under the rare club ideas, as I am attempting to bring something new to the school and student body.

Answer these questions how you see reasonable, get creative so long as it gets the point across and is clear to read.
What is the official title of your club?
Odyssey of the Mind Club, or simply just Odyssey Club.
Provide a small summary of your club (75 words)
Odyssey of the Mind is a program seen around the world at other schools, they promote the problem solving, creativity, and teamwork a club needs to succeed. Club members will be using their minds to face many different scenarios, that will in turn test what outcomes they are allowed to come up with. While my club may seem challenging, we accept all students, gifted to regular, jock to nerd, old to young. This is a club meant for fun and challenges, why should we be the ones to limit someone's ability to do great? We will have challenges of any difficulty, puzzles that puzzle your mind, and tricks anyone can witness or complete. With this club, there could be one right answer, or there could be just one. With the Odyssey Club, the possibilities are endless.
Do you have what it takes?
Please gather five student members for your club and list their character names and usernames
Club Lead - Aspen Bloodworth - aanomalistic
Member - Fuyuki Kono - DarkEclipic
Member - Yuuta Kaseya - naritoes
Member - Kyul Baek - skvllr0t
Member - Jiao Laohu - Joyclan
Member - Kikiru Tachitsu - _ImHere4You_
Within the Club, I will have multiple roles, signifying how high one could climb within the club!
Leadership:
Master - Aspen Bloodworth, the Club lead and Master of the Odyssey Club.
Directors - Leadership, the higher up roles that anyone can claim.
Division III - The highest rank a member can claim before leadership roles. If no one from the higher up team is available, these roles can step in to help with non-leadership things.
Division II - The first upgrade after passing your trials. These are the ones experienced enough to not be classified as regular members.
Division I - Official membership. After being in the club for a certain period of time, you achieve this role.
Trial Division - This is the trial member, a role they will hold until they are promoted to Division I, or they have left / been removed.
Do you have a student councillor to supervise and assist your club? If yes, please provide their character name and username
You may ask any councillor that is not already a supervisor, if you can not find one, one will be provided to you upon acceptance.
Any councillor is fine, I do not have one pre-determined.
Will there be any requirements of future members to join your club?
As stated above in my members, I have multiple roles involving the club. Each role aside from Master and Trial have the ability to promote themselves to the next rank. While you do not have to climb the ranks of the club, we do hold requirements for joining the club, and each rank promotion.
Student -> Trial: During club interviews or applications, I will give a list of 5 riddles coming from Karakura's own lore. Upon each correct answer, you are given a 20% acceptance rate. While these questions are a requirement to answer, depending on the person will determine the difficulty of each question. Depending on how many questions have been answered correctly, you shall be put in a list of acceptances. The higher the percentage, the higher chance to get it.
Now, people who have a lower percentage still have a chance to get in. The riddles help not only myself, but my higher ups to determine where each person's skillset it.
Trail -> Division I: This is the easiest of requirements, simply staying in the club, attending meetings, hanging out and being around helps promote you to official member status.
Division I -> Division II: This is where the true requirements begin. To climb to Division II, just as the riddles were given at the start, these will be harder challenges to determine your promotion.
Division II -> Division III: These are the members who have proved themselves, staying around, helping out, and challenging themselves to their max. These members would be given the hardest tests for their promotions, having to prove their worth one final time.

Provide one school-wide event that your club may host
My school-wide event idea could either be school wide, or map wide. This would be a riddle made treasure hunt, looking for each piece of a puzzle to get the final reward.
My school-wide event could either be hosted inside the school, or throughout the map. We would want enough room where 3 groups could be able to spread out, search for areas, and return back with enough space to talk to one another within their group without others hearing. Starting off with the event, everyone who wished to participate would gather at the front of the school at a stage that would be placed by the memorial pillar. Upon the stage would the club leader, and their higher up team. We would go through the school, and split the student body into three groups, all named group 1 - 3 for simplicity sake. Once each group has been sorted, we would move onto explaining the rules of the game and the basic information for it.
1. You must stay in your group.
2. No sharing answers to the other groups. Each group has a different puzzle, and sharing answers could complicate things.
3. No switching teams, these are your teams for the entire event.
4. No running ahead, stay with your groups.
5. Have fun.
Once rules have been stated by the club lead, myself and my 2 higher ups would go to one of each team and give them their first riddle. As stated, these riddles would be different for each group. Once receiving the first riddle, their task would be announced as a whole group. They are tasked with fixing an image, it is broke up into a few pieces. They must follow their riddle to the first station (each group has a different station), where they must give the correct answer to get their puzzle piece and their new riddle page. Once the puzzle is completed, the winning team will come forward and get their prize!
Build wise, this would contain 1 stage at the front of school, a grand total of 9 booths (3 for each team), and the final checkpoint at the back of the school. Decorations may be spread out around the school to match the event and just add to the whimsy.
Provide one flash event that your club may host
Tea and Puzzles - A tea party, hosted by yours truly on the top of the school. This would be a sudden event for the student body, but a planned event from the Odyssey Club. We would have areas for snack and drink stalls, including the seating areas for students to sit down and relax as they enjoy their team time. There would also be booths, allowing students to pick up a puzzle book of their choosing from puzzle booth. We would also host games to trick and strengthen the mind. This event idea is to give the students some downtime and a relaxing experience that they might not often get to enjoy in their free time.
Build wise, this would contain a few booths, for drinks, snacks, and puzzles, 2 game booths of the builders choosing so that the more energetic students have something to keep their energy going, and a few downtime areas. These areas will have small seating arrangements with a variety of different options. You can have normal tables, bean bags, couches, or just small cushions on the floor.
Provide one club activity that your club might host
Sleep-Over n' Puzzles: This would be a club sleepover either hosted at someone's apartment or in the club room. We would sit down for movies and puzzles, (yes on theme of course). We would watch shows that would fit in theme of the club, hand out snacks and drinks for the members and just have a fun time. I wouldn't fully push the puzzle theme onto them, and just use the sleep-over as a genuine way to get the club together in a way that sits outside of the club's requirements.
Murder Mystery: This would take place directly in the clubroom, the doors closed to the student body unless prior invited to the event, and curtains closed. Just like the game Clue, we would need to guess who murdered the club lead! The answer would be pre-planned, however who gets the murderer role would be completely random. Having our guests roll out of 100, however lands lowest would be our murderer. The highest role out of 100, would be our detective! Then the rest of the club members / guests would be our suspects. It will be the clubs job to determine the clues and find out the killer.
Treasure Hunt: Similar to the server wide event, I would host a smaller one for the club members with more rare prizes. This prize would be an immunity card, allowing a certain club member to use it as they wish to escape their monthly club quota. Say they wish to do something during a time they had a club meeting? They could use their immunity card to get out of that without worry! With this treasure hunt.. it would be purely placed throughout the school using coordinates. A screenshot of them being at the location would be sent to the club lead in which they would get their next riddle. Once all riddles are obtained and the first 3 club members to make it to the final location.. They would win the immunity idol! Yayyy!!
Additional Items:
Below I have created two jackets for the club members! Both jackets contain the alternate colours for each school, but keep one primary colour to themselves. The red is for Bobcats, and the blue for Spartans.
