Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes, I would be too guilty about not coming if I had a job.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Office managers are usually found in the school setting. They register new students as well as figuring out the principal's schedule etc. They are also in charge maintaining employee absence rates. They work under the authority of the principal and make sure every employee is in working order.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: I'm friends with an owner of a high school roleplay server! I'm the principal there!
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: A lot actually, I've been roleplaying since... Actually all I can remember from be discovering the internet is going on forums and Animal Jam and roleplaying! I also am a huge geek and play DnD. (Dungeons & Dragons) In that, you ALWAYS need to roleplay. It's the whole point of the game! I would say in total I have about... 5 years of genuine roleplaying experience under my belt!
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: I'm the principal in the server of my friend's I mentioned before. I do everything the Office Manager does and more! So I think I might be perfect!
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would give them a warning. If they don't stop I will send them to detention for being extremely disrespectful.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would say that this task is not very safe, and we could come to a compromise.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would tell them to please stop by the office. Once he or she comes in, I will talk to them about their behavior and how it is unacceptable. If it is very bad, maybe get the principal involved. Hopefully, after the talk they will know better.

Motivation for Joining YHS: The thought of helping children learn is my motivation. I never had children of my own, you see. So the thought of being a prominent role in their lives brings butterflies!

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I have teached in many schools. I got my Masters in business a while ago but was going to wait until the term ended to send in an application. I work hard, love kids, always want to compromise, I'll use disciplinary measures if needed, and I love paperwork!
