Describe your activity on the server:

Whilst on the server, I play multiple roles. My major ones being an SRP builder, judge, and head doctor. I utilize those roles to the best of my ability while playing the game to not only make the experience for myself more enjoyable but for others around me as well. I like to spend my time helping people above all else, whether that be via roleplay or building projects that are assigned to me. I would say the majority of my time spent currently is building, however I still would like to explore other parts of the server and be able to roleplay and assist the community where I can. Lastly, I spend a good portion of my time in CriminalRP, where I'm active in Akihito Clan and participate in any and all events/meetings required of me.

Why do you want to own a shop?:

As stated in pretty much all of my applications, I try to branch out and see what each faction is like. Although I have been a shop owner in the past, my overall experience with it years ago is quite vague to remember. I feel like I can bring a fun experience to the SRP players especially with the type of shop I will be shooting for. I personally find it rather unique compared to most restaurants and cafes. That being said, owning a shop will not only benefit myself as far as overall server experience goes, but I see it benefiting the community as a whole with the ideas I’ll be able to present in my application. Lastly, with the type of shop I want, it very much revolves around my passion for music and performing. I have been in the field of music for around ten years now, and although I haven’t really expressed that passion too much, I have always wanted to create my own sort of music or performance through SRP. Being able to make bring this idea to light and share with the rest of the community would be an amazing opportunity.

What do you plan to do with the shop?:

For this shop, I'd like to introduce a completely music based shop. What I'd like to sell would revolve around musical items such as instruments and devices for music such as headphones and potentially smart phones as well. This shop will also have a performance portion of it, where professional musicians and comedians will be paid to perform at the shop, showcasing the instruments and devices. This would encourage sales within the shop and give a more fun environment towards the customers who visit.

Furthermore, I’d like to suggest a plug-in where I can potentially sell music to people. It would work a bit like this: people come to purchase a “record” or vinyl with a certain song. This song would already be purchased by myself as a custom item and will be able to be implemented into a cell phone as a one time use sort of thing. It could also work in a jukebox! It seems like a stretch, but music has been sold before years ago to jukeboxes and I believe it can be a possibility again.

As far as having items for the shop goes, I have a few custom slots I’m willing to put towards the shop to have a few more variety of custom instruments inside the shop. I think it’d be beneficial to have potential events with other shops for advertising purposes and making the experience as a whole more enjoyable. Lastly, if for the fact that having too little items in this shop becomes a problem, I have thought of the idea of making the shop have a small cafe portion, selling drinks and "snack" items if you will. Not too much seating, mostly something for players to come and sit or stand and enjoy whilst watching the performers.

My shop will also (hopefully if my suggestion gets accepted) have songs or records that can be sold to players in order to put in their jukeboxes in their own homes. A second suggestion I would have liked to make was selling songs that could be downloaded onto peoples phones as ringtones or just normal songs to play. These would of course be a custom song (I’d purchase via the SRP shop), and hopefully be able to find a way or make a suggestion to where I can sell the plug-in ICly and allow players to be able to download the song into their phone.

How will your shop be unique?:

Firstly, this will be a music store! Karakura has yet to see its own music store thus far, and I would love to bring that experience to the players. That being said, I would also like to have different types events along with the usual performances that would take place at the shop. I'd love the opportunity to work with other shop owners to help make my ideas come to light. These events would include:

Open Mic Night!
This event would entail players being able to hop up on stage and tell a joke! A performer or store manager would give a general theme for the players to follow, and they'll be able to tell their own joke off of it. The purpose of this event is to make people laugh and give them an enjoyable time. I could possibly build a small stage outside of my shop for a nice outdoor performance. Players who would want to come and show off their comedy, acting, or performing skills would simply ask the manager, show their ID, and get verified to perform. I would allow at least three performers per Open Mic Night.

Joint Shop Collab
There would be an event perhaps once a month where I'd collab with another restaurant or cafe shop owner. They'd bring their own menu and a decent stock of their items over to my shop and sell to the people who visit the shop! On my behalf, I'd provide performances by my employees for people to enjoy whilst having a small snack! Their employees would make the same amount they normally do of course.

This shop will sell every type of musical instrument that is available to sell. This includes an ocarina, violin, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, and more! Lastly, I have recently thought of the idea of potentially building my shop in a location that is more underground. Not in a way that's implying criminal activity being seen, but in order to give the shop a more unique location and better musical vibes in regards to performing. I like to think of it as some form of a really chill jazz club that sells instruments, music, and more! Despite having unowned shops available, I could very well just create an entrance in front of one of them that leads down steps into a beautiful underground jazz themed stage and shop.

How many employees are you planning to have?:

I plan to have quite a few employees actually! These roles will include the Shopkeeper, Manager, Cashier, Performer, and Bouncer!

Shopkeeper [1/1] - oInfi

The shopkeeper is the owner of the store. They are the ones that oversee hiring and firing employees, as well as managing their pay for them. The shopkeeper works more towards managing stock and ensuring that every branch of the shop is running smoothly. The shopkeeper approves and denies events or other activities that may be presented to the shop, as well as being the face of important meetings. The shopkeeper doesn’t interact much with the customers.

Manager [0/1] - N/A
The manager is the shopkeeper’s right hand. They will act as the public leading face of the store during openings. They oversee all of the cashiers, waiters, and security workers, making sure they’re doing their job to the best of their ability. The manager is trusted with the shopkeeper’s store logs and expected to assist in making orders for restocking and keeping tabs on what items we have available. Aside from this, the manager will also assist in running the store if the shopkeeper is not available at the time. The manager is also expected to handle customer complaints unless brought directly to the shopkeeper. The manager position is required to have an adult tag, and be above the age of 25. The manager is expected to have a degree in fine arts and/or business management.

Cashier [0/4] - N/A

Cashiers are responsible for manning the register. They will be the ones that sell items to the players. Cashiers will be allowed to keep 10% of the money they make. There will only be two cashiers available per opening. I have five slots for cashiers for the reason being availability and potential inactivity within the employees. Cashiers will also be required to log all of their sales in a separate discord. This is to make sure that all stock is being sold, and nothing is being stolen by employees or glitching players. Cashiers are to be at least the age of 20 or above.

Security [0/4] - N/A

You may ask, “hey Infi, why do you need security for a cafe?” Brilliant question! The reasoning for security/bouncers is to make sure the performers feel comfortable in their environment, and that people don’t cause too much rukkus! Security workers are expected to be in shape, and able to escort anyone out of the shop. Security workers are expected to be 21 years of age or older.

Performer [0/6]

Performer is probably the best role you can get here at my cafe! Performers can range anywhere from playing live music to having a full on comedy show! They are expected to be at the shop at all times during every opening. An age limit for performers? I believe art can come from anyone! That means there’s no age limit.
