Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
SchoolRP [SCHOOL]RP is based around school mostly, in the name too, teachers are important to the school in-order to help new players learn how to roleplay by joining classes and watching people roleplay and join them too, having fun detailrping in arts, playing sports and more, and make them feel invited by someone who is trained to help, Teachers are also important to fullfil the purpose of school, learning, which isnt to be done by non-humans good as real ones!, so teachers are doing it so, and also they are important to keep the peace within school grounds as fights appear a very few then, they make sure to protect the students and clear them out, assuring peaceful grounds within school, and they are important to conduct the school's code too, dress code, how to act properly, making sure there isnt no disrespect against faculty.

Describe your character:
Allen Velodez, is a Japaneese male from Yokohama, he is 6'2 standing tall, his unique fit atheltic body form would be hidden under his baggy clothes, he usually wears blue pants and a dark shirt, he would almost ALWAYS have a smile on his face, he seemed really happy, he would have white dyed hair, with some blonde hair hiding at the start of their hair growing slightly from the scalp, he would have a silly looking face.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Personally i think students are very nice depending which, sometimes they can be crule and angry, but i dont hate anyone, i am friendly with anyone unless they cross bad paths, but i will just not like them, not hate, and about co-workers,i love working with people so its fine.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Allen would always look at the teachers, doing hard work and getting payed off for it, he thought they were cool, and as he came to karakura and joined the campus he would do his best to satisfy the teachers, professors and others, he acted like a teacher always as it was his dream to become one. . . he thought to himself it must be so cool and great, he wanted to share his knowledge with others and play with students sports as he had fun in those sports games and learned from them, wanting to share his knowledge he would try to become a teacher.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Allen will personally approach the student and ask them if something happened (IF POSSIBLE), and try to explain to them! if they had any issues.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
tell them to stop, if they continue i tell again, they continue i kick them from class!. . . if they do something that breaks the school conduct or disrespect i would make sure to give them detention. . .
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
First idea is sport class!--~ Simple idea, the class would surrond around Allen and follow him to the dodge ball court or to the football field if is free, which there they would play and he would help one of the teams sometimes, simple yet fun and easy idea!
Second Idea is GYM TRAINING.
;--Allen would meet up with the class and lead them to the gym room, first explaining them the rules of the gym, keeping everything clean, no fights and such, then he would train them, they would also go to the track and run around the track a few rounds, 4?, then he would show them how to train properly in the gym, lastly he would bring them to class and discuss with them about what they done.
