ISSUE: previous owner's chest is still there (can it be unlocked or removed?)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: It's floating on a wall, I'm not sure what can be done with it but I'm up for grabbing anything that might be inside LOL. I checked and the previous owner had been offline for 1month+
