Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
My first experience with Minecraft roleplay was back on PlayStation 3. I used to log on daily just to roleplay for hours on the latest mashup packs. It was always so much fun as a child, but I eventually fell out of it as I got older. Fast forward to 2 years ago, I found SRP while looking through Minecraft servers to try out. At first, I was extremely confused with all of the commands, but I began to understand later on. Primarily, in the beginning, I focused on getting my grade up. I made a couple of friends, and we began to VC daily. As I hit grade 11, I began to be introduced into the world of gangrp. Gangrp helped me learn the SRP rules better, as well as get me used to the community. After about 6 months, I applied to the Shrine faction, and it changed everything about how I played Schoolrp. During this time developed an interest in detailrp and being more serious within the server. Also, another thing I learned was just how vast the schoolrp server was. Around this time, I was also promoted to a verified business owner. I have spent over a year in both of these, and I am still actively a part of both. Recently, I have had an extreme fixation on SchoolRP in general, wanting more roleplay centered around the school side of the server. A little over a month ago, I joined the college track team, and I am having a complete blast with it. Between everything I am a part of currently, it helps to make every time I log on surprising and fun.

TRIVIA SECTION
What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
Ever since my introduction to SRP two years ago, I have always been intrigued by how much effort is put into making the school feel real and interactive. I’ve been in the shrine faction for over a year now, and I crave a new endeavor. With my current situation in my IRL life, I have a set schedule and a ton of free time. I spent a while considering my options, but out of all the job factions, I can’t help but feel like being a professor would be so much fun. I am interested in brainstorming class ideas, meeting new players, indulging in new roleplay, and learning about the magic behind the school faction!
I am extremely excited about creating classes. It allows me to let my imagination run wild while also learning new things! I love watching documentaries and learning new things in my free time. I hope to learn new ways to teach not only online, but via my peers in the faction.
In my time on SRP, most of the fun I have is the moments I spend with my friends, new and old. I have met a ton of amazing people on the server, and I believe that being a professor will give me the opportunity to expand. I am very shy in person, and I feel that SRP allows me the opportunity to not feel as closed in.
I have been all over the place RP-wise. From the basic schoolrp, to gangrp, businessrp, shrinerp, and now jockrp. After getting just a glance at all the roleplay opportunities offered to professors, I became extremely interested in the role. One thing I feel like is missing from my current RP is consistency. I want to feel immersed in roleplay constantly, and I feel like being a part of the school faction will provide that experience. Since school is the primary focus of the server, almost every time I log on, it is school time.
Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:
1. For my first class, I would like the students to get into small pairs (based on the number attending class). Each group will be expected to come up with a product idea and try to advertise it to the rest of the class. This follows the core principles of marketing, and it also allows everyone to actively participate and use their imagination.
2. For my second class, I would like to present multiple product examples, asking the class what they think of the product, and if they think there is room for improvement. A big thing in the marketing field is playing competitively, innovating the ideas of the past to fit the current age. I love debates, so having a debate about modern technology gets me excited. Example: “What do you guys think about cars in the current age? Where do you think improvement is needed?”
Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
For my field trip idea, I would like to take the class to meet with a shopkeeper. During this field trip, they will get a mini tour of their shop, and give their thought process on how the market leans in the current day Karakura. They could explain which of their products sells the most and how that affects changes in the business. This will be more of a Q&A for the class to get an idea of what it takes to brand your company and make it successful. This idea could also be used for business owners.
SCENARIO SECTION
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
The first thing Kureha would do is approach the situation quietly to inspect it. Knowing that something must be happening, she would step in and ask, “Is something the matter here?” The college jocks will most likely defend themselves by lying, so she will tell all of them to leave the situation. Once the crowd of college jocks leaves, Kureha would immediately check on the bobcat jock, asking them further about the situation, and taking them to the nurse if they are hurt. Just to be safe, she would ask for a caretaker to pull the CCTV of the situation in case a fight did go on.
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
She would listen to the questions thoroughly, not being judgmental of the student having curiosity. Instead, she would ask the student to please quiet down, as they are in detention.
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
She wouldn’t hesitate to stop what she is doing to go up to the disruptive cheerleaders, telling them to put away their cellphones and pay attention to the class. On top of that, she would warn them to stop calling out to other students. This is not only a disruption, but it could be bullying, and that will not be tolerated in her classroom.
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
At this point, she would call for backup from her coworkers. While she calls for backup, she would tell them that if they continue, they will be facing severe consequences that may lead to SLT involvement.
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What does they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What is their plan for the future?
My character will be a slim, small-built woman, only standing at 5'0. Kureha has long black hair, holding some in a bun, with the rest going down to right over her waist. Her eyes are brown, and she usually has a smile on her face. She doesn't have any signd of permanent injuries and is extremely healthy. Typically, she is dressed in a hanfu or kimono, which reflects her strong connection with her Japanese roots.
What makes Kureha unique and different is that under her fancy attire, she is a clumsy, coffeeholic, with a terrible sense of humor. I hope that when people interact with her that they see a character that completely throws them for a loop. Kureha's personality is a mixture, able to jump from extremely serious to caring and friendly in an instant. She is extremely social, loving to meet new people. Some of her most prominent traits are her motherliness, high energy, curiosity, kind nature, and determination.
As a professor, Kureha believes that every child is capable of learning as long as they are focused and given the right tools. She absolutely refuses to give up on any student as long as they do not disrupt others trying to learn. Her goal with every student she teaches is to inspire them to think critically, because they are the future of Karakura. To other teachers and school coworkers, Kureha holds herself open to conversation with a warm smile on her face. She respects her coworkers dearly and thinks that she can learn from each of them. Whether it is on duty or off duty, Kureha hopes to build some friendships with her coworkers and maybe even host a collaborative class with them.
Coming from a small town in mainland Japan, Kureha hopes to become the best professor she can be. She wants to see students walk in unsure and see them leave satisfied and eager. In her personal life, she hopes to find a partner and raise a family of her own. On the side, she wants to run her own business, though in the current moment, she is still pondering on the idea.

ART BY JOIFULLI!
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.
Make sure this is over 100 words.
Ever since Kureha was a child, she was always the curious type with a strong imagination. Whenever she was alone, she was either reading, drawing, or watching documentaries to pass the time. In school, Kureha was always the nerd type, studying late at night and always raising her hand to the teacher's questions. In her late teens, Kureha began to work at her family's owned shrine as a miko. Her duties were simple at first, but as she got older, she slowly became one of the elder miko in her final year of high school. Since she was considered an elder miko, it was her job to train the new ones as they were hired on. Through her training, Kureha learned that she was extremely passionate about teaching. She loved to hear all of the unique questions that each of the trainees had, raising even her own curiosity. Life was good working for the shrine, but Kureha sought more for her life. Since it was her final year of high school, Kureha needed to decide what she wanted to achieve in college. The one thing she really wanted to achieve in life was to fulfill her mother's dream of running a successful business, so in a quick decision, she decided to apply to a university in Kyoto to pursue a business degree. The university life went well; she spent 4 years chasing after a bachelor's degree in Marketing, zooming through the classes. Even though she worked so hard to obtain her degree, she soon realized it was much more difficult to start a business than to just have a fancy degree. Her mind was left blank, not knowing which way to turn. After reality struck, Kureha went back to school a second time, this time to chase after something she wanted to do, teaching. School this time around was much different; her final decision was to double up her degrees. Throughout the long 4 years, Kureha completed not only her bachelor's degree in teaching, but her PHD degree in Marketing. The reason she ultimately decided to continue her marketing degree was because of her passion for the subject. Kureha sought to teach students about the harsh, yet exciting world of marketing and how to prepare for it. Even though she failed at starting a business, she hoped that her help would build amazing businesses all over Japan and farther. After her long and hard battle getting through university, Kureha decided it was time to move from her hometown to a place with better job opportunities. After all things considered, she decided to move to Karakura, applying to Karakura College as a professor.
