Overall, parrots wouldn’t just be another animal, they’d introduce an entirely new communication system! They’d make interactions between players and animals deeper, more strategic, and a lot more fun. Plus, they already eavesdrop, soooo... "POLLY WANT A CRACKER?"
How will this benefit the server and community?:
Roleplaying as a parrot could also benefit the server with people buying more slots for animals including a parrot! This would allow people to role play with parrots, and animals even more, by creating a bridge between animals! Yes SRP is about school, but its about the experience above all, for those that graduate, for adults, for people who want to immerse themselves even deeper in the experience, this could create a wonderful alternative for those experiencing constant boredom! No more relying on straight gangrp or romance. Those who get bored easily can have a new alternative to communicating entertainment for animal role play!

⊹ ࣪ ˖ All the animals can “speak” in their own way, but they can’t actually communicate with players! That creates a barrier between the animal community and humans. Adding parrots could completely change that idea! ࣪ ˖⊹
Parrots are one of the few animals that can realistically mimic human speech, so they would make perfect messengers between animals and players. This would feel immersive rather than overpowered, because it’s based on real-life behavior. Animals in SRP already understand humans as well!
To keep things balanced, parrots could have a chat cooldown so they can’t spam messages. They could also have a limited vocabulary, learning only a certain number of words or phrases from players over time (this could also be rolled upon and would have to be role played out!) This would make communication more strategic and meaningful instead of constant. And they can learn things one by one by roleplaying and learning with owners or from other birds.
