I'm extremely active. As long as I'm awake, I'm online. I play with a minimum of 10 hours throughout the day, if I didn't have any events or tests on that day.

Yes, I do acknowledge this and I don't plan on becoming inactive at any point in time on my time on SRP.

The janitor.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Janitors are who keep the school clean and a proper place for students to work. Their job in the school doesn't only include cleaning, but also maintenance and restocking supplies. They're also tasked with making sure students are doing as they're supposed to, staying on task in the halls and not getting in fights. They're tasked with enforcing the rules as any school employee is. They're supposed to help supply students and teachers with anything they may need at any time.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I used to roleplay in Hypixel before I came to SchoolRP. I would always go to high school houses. If none were available, I would go to any roleplay houses. I had been roleplaying in Hypixel since 2013-2014. After that, I was told about SchoolRP. During my time on SchoolRP, I've had many experiences with GangRP, StudentRP, etc. I'm very accustomed to the rules and want to help both ICly and OOCly with the newcomers. I've familiarized myself with the rules and have calmly informed others of them if they were unaware at any time during a situation.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
I'd warn him to stop it, and if he repeats it I'll give him a second warning. I'll also inform other staff to keep an eye on them. If I have to warn them again, then I'd take them to the front office to get any higher authority, if not principal, to host detention or worse consequences.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
I'll get in between them stopping them, and I'll warn them both. If there was anyone with major injures I'd take him to the nurse, or call EMS if needed. I'd report to the fight to the front office to contact the principal or a dean.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
I'll request him to get assistance, and if he denies, I'll keep an eye on him. If I realize he's going about something inappropriately, I'd kindly pull him to the side and explain why he shouldn't do what he was doing. I'll make sure to take evidence with me and report it to the principal afterwards.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
My character likes to be useful, and helpful at all times. He'd check other employees near him, if anyone needs help correcting papers or just help in general. If no one needed help, it's okay! He's a talkative person. He likes to start conversations, and exchange talks with the employees. He'll ask about their day and the students. However, on some other days, he might just sit and rest with a cup of tea.

/me He'd walk into the bathroom with a bucket and a mop in his hand. He'd walk over to the dirty spot, putting the bucket down to the side. He'd then put the mop inside the bucket, and swishing it from side to side a little. He'd then take it out, squeezing out excess water over the bucket. He'd then start wiping the dirty spot on the floor in a circular motion.
/me He would grab the broom by its middle section, holding it diagonally so the top of it would be near her shoulder. He'd then start sweeping the floor, gathering all the dust and dirt he could.
/me careful so he wouldn’t step on them with his shoes. He would keep his gaze down on the floor, not looking up unless spoken to with an aloof yet joyful and determined expression on his face.
/me He'd walk into the class, pulling out his rag and spray bottle. He'd slowly approach the front desk. Once he reached the desk, he'd spray the countertop. Once he finished spraying, he'd use his rag to wipe in circular motions.

Hikaru is a Japanese male. He was born in 1992 with a Japanese family in Japan, Karakura. Hikaru had cleaning as a habit to him since he was a kid. He liked and enjoyed cleaning a lot. He used to help his mother in cleaning the house, and not only that. He also used to help his school janitor sometimes. They were best friends. Hikaru would become familiar with the places he's at before cleaning it. He was a nerd and the teachers liked him a lot. They liked his attitude and personality. Hikaru was a talkative person and he had a lot of friends in Karakura highschool. However, there were a lot of his friends bullying him for his cleaning habit. After some time Hikaru's family wanted to move to Chiba instead of Karakura for Hikaru's grandparents and assuming it's better for Hikaru's College. Hikaru didn't support this decision, instead, he hated it. He had to leave his best friend in the school, aka the janitor. When Hikaru arrived at Chiba, his family went to his grandparent's house, they lived there for a temporary amount of time. Hikaru was upset about leaving the janitor, but he tried not to give it a lot of care and focused on his study. He tried to help cleaning there, but it got him warned instead. He went to the principal asking if he could help the janitors, but he refused. It disappointed Hikaru. After all, Hikaru still had his grandparent's house to practice his cleaning habit. After 4 years, Hikaru graduated from college with a bachelor's degree, he still had his cleaning habit and a love for it. At his age, Hikaru was great at cleaning and he knew a lot of mechanics and others. He moved back to Karakura and started practicing other stuff he might need as a Janitor. Today it's 2020 and Hikaru has everything he needs to be a Janitor, and he had large experiences in the job. He went for it, applying for Karakura high school janitor.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I want to join Karakura high school to help others OOCly and ICly alike. I have witnessed and been a victim of people abusing newcomers who are unfamiliar with the rules, especially regarding perms and whatnot. I want to be involved in SRP in more ways than one, not just GangRP or StudentRP. I want to be more, make a difference, or addition to the community. I will be the positive change that I'm desperate to see in the community if given a chance.
Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"):
Not much, I've learned from what I saw in SRP, but I'm planning to get more experience from my job as a janitor.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
don't think I should be accepted over other applicants. I have a lot of experience with CleanRP and being a higher-up in general. I know how to handle certain situations with the appropriate attitude and mindset. I'm extremely active to get this job done. I think this role suits me best based off my time spent on SRP.
