Patch Notes • 3.53
After working on many bug fixes, the development team, staff team and I have worked on pushing brand-new features and updates to the many factions. Also, we've gotten your feedback and opinions on our latest planned updates, including what we should prioritise first: The player's have chosen ONRAIN, so over the next month or so we'll work to create a better, more compatible In-Character Social Media website which players can create their own group chats and share images. Server Changes
Below is a list of implemented changes made to SchoolRP within the last month.
Updates
- We brought back our banking system with new features.
- Debit Cards now have a 'friendly ID' starting with KB to make paying players easier.
- An all-new payee system has been created to save your frequent payees to save you time.
- The bank now has its own building in the shopping district.
- The ATMs now have a working GUI for added realism.
- Added a new ID system which players can right-click to show (note that players can still ItemRP IDs until the 11th of May).
- National ID cards can be purchased from the town hall by roleplaying with a Governor.
- This ID type will show players your blood type for added realism and roleplay benefits.
- Fake IDs function similar to a Nation ID card, but will provide a fake surname and age.
- KPD Badges, Hospital IDs and Government IDs are all fully functional with role names and call-signs.
- Spray cans are now fully functional with an automated system by right-clicking a "Spray Location" sign with a Spray Can in hand.
- Once sprayed, players will have their Spray Can removed.
- Players can choose from up to 14 different colours.
- The spray cooldown has lowered from 7 days to 5.
- Added new features to the forums.
- MineSync heads now include overlays/hat layers.
- A Bug Report section has been added to the forum.
- Ban Appeals, Player Reports & Bug Reports feature the new forms feature.
- Sticky threads now stand out from regular threads.
- Sticky threads now stay stuck throughout all pages of a particular forum.
- The trello board has been linked under the Feedback forum.
- Donation perks have been updated.
- The cosmetics plugin has been changed to include new cosmetic types.
- Fundraiser+, Rich+, Notable+ and Omega have additional default ringtones.
- We've updated the Basketball plugin with near-perfect features.
- Players can now pass the ball by shift + right-clicking.
- Random item glitches have been fixed.
- A 5 minute warning has been added to the daily restart.
- Lowered the age cooldown from 5 days to 24 hours
- Upped the minimum percentage of drunkenness to obfuscate chat from 8% to 15%.
- We hosted our first community poll in the SchoolRP Discord, join here to have your say in future polls.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed data loss with the banking system to save players losing their balances on restarts.
- Fixed bug where players could spam inspect/view an ID card.

Faction & Community Changes
Below is a list of changes made to server factions within the last month by our faction leaders.
School Factions
- Rebooted monthly events, with at least 2 major school events per month.
- A parent-teacher consultation event is scheduled to happen on the 16th of April.
- Teacher faction has been purged of inactive teachers, with a new activity rate of 86%.
- Professor faction's strike system has been changed.
- Clubs, Council and Sports have been bundled into the 'Student Faction'.
- Clubs and Council activity will be monitored differently.
City Factions- Governors now have the ability to officiate businesses.
- Governors can now distribute National Identity Cards for ¥5,000.
- Mike Akihito is the new mayor of Karakura.
- Four new Shops were introduced.
- The Shop strikes system has been reworked.
- Spray paints are no longer accepted in the Crime Discord; the new system is automated without staff assistance.
- Black Market Dealers have been purged & Applications have been re-opened.
Community & Staff Team- The Builder application and guidance has been reworked.
- Tons of the public Models have been updated to better fit the style of the server.
- Modellers now have the ability to create their own portfolios to show the public.
- All completed lore blocks have been added to the map, look around for the grey '?' heads.
- Town lore 1950s to 2000s section has been completed.
