SCAVENGER HUNT EVENT
Before/Start of the Event
This event would be a simple Scavenger Hunt, besides being able to lose all your found items, it's quite simple. Before the event starts, the staff team will put unique items around the map. It's basically first come first serve, so once the item is found, no one else will be able to get it, unless they mug the person for the item. (the number of items would be quite big for this.) Once the event has started, a discord channel will be made, showing what the item looks like and hints to finding it. The deadline of the event and rules of it will also be in the channel, which I will talk about later. You will also have to put in your characters name and your username inside if you want to enter the event, the reason for this I will explain later. (A headsup for the event could be made, to get everyone prepared.)
During the Event
Once the event is in full swing, people will be in a rush to find these items to get a spot in the top 3. This would be a boring event if you just had to find the items with no worries of losing them. Well lets just fix that. The reason why you have to put your OC's name and your username is to allow people to mug you for the reason of this event and be able to take the items. (A special role for this event could be added to show the participants.) Though not to worry, only the items for the scavenger hunt can be mugged, no money or other items not apart of the event. Also no killing for the reason of the event, only mugging. (if this was to happen, you must send prove of this happening and all the items, in and out of the event, also money will be given back with a warning.) Now, the crime rate would go up high, so if you are caught by the police for doing this, all your items for the event will be handed over to the victim, and you will go back to square 1, so they have to be careful of how they do it. The police can also get a prize for catching these people who are mugging for the event, for each person they catch, they get 2.5k yen! Though it might not seem a lot, if they police officer was to find 5 people mugging, lets say, 3 people, the 2.5k get multiplied by 5, and they get 12.5k yen! Not bad. (Of course, they must show proof of this to claim the yen, and if there are multiple police officers, the yen will be split)
End Of the Event
Now it's the end of this event. All of the items that weren't found will be removed and any action to get these items after the deadline will not be accepted. (the special roles will also be removed.) It's also time to find out who won! The same channel will be used to find out who got the most unique items. They will have to show all the items in a screenshot, with their ingame name and oc name. Now, teaming is allowed for this event, so how does a team send their proof? Well, they must choose one person to enter the proof with everyone's ingame name and oc name. (the prize will stay the same and not be adjusted for the team.) This will go one for around 24hrs. At the end of this time period, staff will look over the screenshots and declare our top 3!. The prizes might go along the lines of this:
1st: 500k yen + Custom Item
2nd: 250k yen
3rd: 150k yen
Rules for the Event:
1) Mugging/Trading/Buying these event items are allowed, but only from two people that are participating for the event.
2) Teaming is allowed in this event, thought it will not change if you are in a team.
3) No killing for the main reason of the event.
4) If you are mugging someone for the event, you can not mug anything else (other items, money, etc.)
5) If a police officer was to catch you during you mugging someone, all event items will be given to the victim and you will get jail time for 1hr OOC
- Police officers will get 2.5k for every person they catch. If more then 1 officer is present of someone getting caught, they will have to split the money, unless they agree not to.
6) You CANNOT mug someone for the event in school campus and at spawn, though you can not just camp them forever.
7) Using cosmetics to find these items are not allowed.
TL;DR: To make it simple, this will be a long term event, maybe lasting for around a week. A certain amount of unique items would be placed around the map, once one of them is found, they will be able to take the item and it will no longer be able to be attained by anyone else, unless someone mugs them of the item, trades it or buys it from them. At the end of the event, everyone will send a screenshot of their inventory in a channel in the discord server "Roleplay Hub." The first 3 people will get some sort of reward.
(I just want to remind you that this is just an idea, and it can be changed to whatever fits best for the community, the server, and the staff team.)
