Penthouse/Aparment Issue

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1774.120 / 31.50000 / 531.637
ISSUE: anyone can open my doors, cant build in 1/3 of my penthouse it says im not in it.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: NA just the issues above. people dont need perms to open my doors and the boundaries are wrong.
