Penthouse Glitched

When I go to place a block it certain spots. (Picture Below: Dark Oak is where I can place and the empty space is where I can't. And that's just the floor, same thing happens all the way up to the ceiling.)


I was recommended by a staff member that my penthouse region to be completely redone.
