APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1740 / 57 / 486
ISSUE: I cannot build on the ground.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: When I click on the ground to build, it doesn't let me. However, if I'm building on like a wall, it does. Like if I build the block by right clicking on the group, it says the message "You can't do that outside the allowed region." However, when I click on a wall on the same block, it lets me build.
