What is your motivation for applying?:I believe teachers are the most important part of school and teachers are very helpful.i plan to go to college for a degree in teaching and I love helping others.this would be my way of giving back to the server for everything that it has done for me.i also would love to help teach other students what they need and this could be a great learning experiance for me.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?:first I would notify the principle 2 weeks or in advance then I would pay for some kind of transportation(vans,bus,etc..) after that I would ask 3 other teachers or teacher assistants to go with the class and me on a field trip if I get 3 teachers to agree then I would give out permission slips to students and whoever brings them back on the asighned date will get to go on the triP
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:

2>No food or drinks during class

Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise):I have had quite a few roles in all the roleplay server I have played on in the past ,and in high school in real life I'm in the Eca program for highschollers that are taking college classes to get prepared for college.i am taking classes on teaching because I want to learn to be a teacher. i also have been a big part in drama in my life iv been in over 20 productions and 5 of them iv helped as stage crew. I know a lot about production and I help the new people with learning how the production works.
Also I am a girl scout leader and love teaching other girls and boyschouta the skills I learned when I was a Girl Scout.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
Honestly I don't believe there is anything that needs to change I think all teachers should run classes how they already do and they have all been very organized but if i could change something I would change the fact that there is normally only one class running at a time I would say there should be 4 classes running each rp day and the students rotate between the 4 different classes and if there isn't 4 teachers in then however many teacher there are so there can only be up to four classes at the most though and they have to be spread out so one class doesn't interrupt another class.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.:there would be no school without teachers teachers are the most important part of school they make shure were prepared for tests and they teach us everything we will need to know in the future. teachers help students gain knowledge they need. teachers can be anything students need and they also learn from how students act teachers teach and learn. I believe teachers also learn from any mistakes they make and have another chance evean if they make mistakes.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:teachers are everything there would be no school without teachers and there would be no learning without teachers teachers teach students and teachers also help run the school.

Next is Newly Qualified teacher they can now officially teach there own class but they need to notify a HD
Then comes a Qualified teacher and learning skills they can now teach there own classes on their owne but needs to verify with other teacher no classes are happening so they don't overlap.
Lastly comes the Head of Department this position is extremely hard to get but if you do get the rank you make shure other teacher folow the Coc and do lessons on you're own time.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: teachers must have their own notes,lessons,and homework prepared for class

Phi Autum has blond hair with a blue dyied area she has dark purple eyes and loves blue she wears a white shirt with a blue jacket and wears black leggings.Phi is unique because she has a special love for animals a and her dad is from the Netherlands phi belives all students came to high school for the same reason to learn and get a job phi loves seeing happy students and She knows they can be bad she won't hold anything against them after they get their punishment but she'll keep s close eye on bad kids.Phi likes other teachers because that also should be there for the enjoyment of teaching others what they know and learning some from how students act.phi is nice,caring,can be mean sometimes but loves to help others but she can be very strict and is very friendly at times.phi plans to becone the best teacher she can be and hopes to watch other students advance too.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
First I tell the students to stop in a calm manner then tell them if they Counting to ever use foul words on school grounds agin they will receive a detention the first time they get a warning if they retaliate to what I said I will give them detentions and then tell the principle about their foul launguge
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
First off I will calmly tell the class to pay attchen or there will be a punishment involved if they all continue to ignore me I will give all of the class extra homework or a pop quiz on the lesson they didn't pay attchen to if it's only a few people still ignoring me then I will give those few students detention.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
Phi is calm and nice to other teachers she does the work she needs to do and is ready for anything but is also relaxed with no students around it is very calm and no students can intrupt her while doing work
