WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
Phone Contacts list should show online friends first, then offline.

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
Scanning through pages of contact list to see which friends are online can be a pain sometimes.
I want to see which friends' RPName of mine is online, not their IGN. I'm not sure if there's a way to search RPName using IGN.
And for some reason, /contacts is always faster than /f list. It takes 5-10 seconds for /friend(s) commands to run.

although it's something nice to have, it's not a realistic feature. your actual character doesn't know whether or not the person is said to respond, only you as the controller does.

+1 its less time consuming for people with shitton of contacts, I have like 30 pages of contacts and I keep getting kicked for spamming when im just tryinna see if the dude im abt to call is there or not bc most of the time i forget contact names since i be putting funky names on people like soapsmuggler
