Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
I personally believe that Teachers are so important to SchoolRP of the role they play in the servers. Teachers can help out in roleplay, providing unique experiences for each player, helping characters graduate by giving out homework, or just helping another character on an assignment. From what I have seen, teachers are highly respected on the server and I respect them because I know having to come up with class idea’s can be hard. Teachers are also there to help guide players rather if it is a newer player looking for directions on where something is, how to do something, and much more which can also apply to people who know alot about the server and may just not know about something!

Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes
What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?: Well, I am relatively new to the server but I have learned a lot from my friends and roleplaying with others so far. I would say the MAIN reason why I would like to become a teacher on SRP is for the experience really, I want to be able to experience coming up with unique class ideas and being able to have fun with other people while also learning from the experience on things that I can do better and whatnot if I want to maybe apply for another faction in the future since if I got into this faction, it would be my first ever. I really enjoy going to classes on the server and I think the teacher faction is one of the coolest I have seen so far so I would just like the experience of being one. Another motivation that I have for wanting to become a teacher is to get to have the experience of roleplaying as an adult more in game and experiencing things in a different way as the character that I would be playing.

What is your character's age?: "I am luckily only 25 years of age, I hope not to get that much older.."

Describe your character:
"Well, I am 6’3.. Pretty tall, I would say. I have dark brown hair, and I would say I love to just get outside and do things, exercising, hanging out with people, or just enjoying my time alone! I have dark eyes, and I love getting to know different people. I love to wear really vibrant outfits, all sorts of colors, green, orange, black, blue, and color really depending on what type of mood I am in! I like to stroll around the town alot so people may eventually come across me. I would personally describe my personality as vibrant, I am very kind and polite, and I love to do really anything! I have piercings on my face as well, on my lips. I was born in Belgium and I have ADHD which makes my brain go really fast. I think of things fast and I can handle situations carefully. I love music as well! Really all types of music!"
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If Rowan noticed a student in his class struggling with what they were learning, he would personally go up to them and try to understand the situation. He would remain calm the whole time as when he was younger he also had some struggles understanding class materials. He would talk to the student with what they are confused on to hopefully help them get a better understanding of the topic and so the student can enjoy his class to the best ability. If the student still continued to not understand the material they were learning in the class and Rowan could not word it to the student properly, he would ask another student who he deemed could explain it better and help the student out with what they were doing.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
If Rowan noticed that a student was being disruptive in his class while he was trying to teach, he would go up to the student and try to talk to them to try to calm the situation down while also staying calm himself in a professional way. He would give the student 3 verbal warnings, explaining in each warning what the student was doing wrong, and how he had told the student to stop. If the student continued after Rowan gave them the 3 verbal warnings, he would go up to the student and give him a detention slip for repeatedly disrupting him and the class from learning further.

Class vs Class!
In this class, I would collaborate with another Physical Education teacher or another teacher in general to find a sport/game that both classes agree on together. The classes would then separate and go against each other in the class time provided, seeing which class would come out on top and earn the title of game master! The best performing student in the game from each class could then possibly receive a sticker for good participation from the teacher or myself if we deem it worthy enough!
Balance vs Skill!
In this class I would have a purely roleplay based class based off of learning how to balance things properly, eggs specifically! I would have my students go down to the baseball field as it is a open area where we could do it and in RP I would provide spoons and eggs which then students then could roleplay walking in lines, circles, or however they wish to walk while practicing their balancing skills, after I give them some time to practice I would host a competition in the class among students to see who would like to compete for the balance master title and possibly be rewarded with a sticker to the best student who was able to balance them correctly! (The students would use /roll 20 for balancing)
Teacher vs Students!
In this class I would have it so myself as the teacher participates in certain events of student’s choosing such as who can do how many pushups, situps, who can run faster, and much much more! It would be mostly RP based and could involve playing games of dodgeball or others where large groups of students could go up against my character and see who comes out on top. I think it could be a fun thing to see if the teacher (myself) could beat them at anything and to see who is the best in certain events in the class! This could also involve doing things like a class race on the track, who can jump furthest on the long jump, etc
Yoga & Self Care!
In this class I would have my character start in the classroom, learning about and explaining the importance of taking care of yourself and making sure that you don’t get too overwhelmed, it would include things such as breathing exercises that people can do if stressed and how they can calm themselves down. The second half of class I would take the student’s up to the yoga mats at the top of the school (HS or Col side) in which I would have them roleplay along with me doing different yoga stretches that can help them improve different physical skills such as flexibility, balance, and just a calm sense of mind overall.
