Details About the Purchase
Hi, I bought a pink bicycle about 10 hours ago from the time I make this thread which is about 5 July 2024 14:30 WIB. It was on sale, 6% off on the Mechanic Tetsuo Okamoto (Supposedly 23500 Yen). My money has decreased by the right amount but I can't find the pink bicycle in my inventory.

What I Have Done to Try to Solve The Problem
I asked a nearby player OOCly about my problem and they told me to relog, which I did, and it didn't solve the problem. Then, they told me to make a ticket to the helpers and I did that, right about 7 minutes after I bought the vehicle. About 30 minutes ago, since my ticket hasn't been answered, I direct messaged one of the online helper, RandomlyAccepted, who told me to make a request in this forum. I also tried to run the command /vehicle pickupall but it says I picked up 0 vehicles.
