Please Help I'm Still Year 7 and I've played since the first map.

I have played this server since the map with the KFC, Target I believe, and the boys and girls dorms.. And I am still a "year 7". I play this game more than I need to, so I don't understand why I haven't ranked up. Maybe it's a glitch? Can someone please help me, so I am able to rank up again? Also I'm not able to use commands.
