Please help me

Hi hi! So I have two characters currently
I got stuck with one due to a bug and couldn't escape, then someone suggested I switch to my other one, then they both died
Now both of my characters are dead. Is there any way to reverse this?
Also, if not, how can I "reset" my characters? I already changed their names and descriptions, and I'm still invisible.

- Try using a /gesture to try to appear visible. Your character should not be dead, nor should you be invisible.
- If this does not work, make a ticket in game to get more assistance​
