Please I need my money :'( Not items, but yen! No idea where else I could put this

EVIDENCE: image below shows proof of Aidanator14 sending me the 400k through the bank
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I was doing tailoring requests, and someone wanted me to do a few bases and an outfit for 400k, I finished them and sent the files and they sent me the money thru my bank when I was offline, but when I went onto SRP to collect said 400k from the bank, it wasn't there. It's telling me I have 0 yen in my bank, and yet 400k is missing from Aidanator14's account. I think it had something to do with the server rollback that happened (this was a day or two ago), but I'm not quite sure.
