Pocket money Glitch

Help! i collected both 500 yen and the 1000 yen from the Parent and yet i havnt recieved any money... ive waited for 2 days and hoping that i'll get the next one yet its still not working.. please fix this if this is a glitch or bug.. if not please tell me how to do it properly

and also i cant get money thru overtime i've played the server for about hours and yet i havnt recieved a single yen
