Describe your activity on SchoolRP:
I am fairly active, roughly spending 5-7 hours every other day depending on work and school schedules. The most active accounts would be poisonouskisses as I am captain, alongside my main and this account I am applying with. The only conflicts as stated are school and work, which are typical during the day.

Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
My roleplay throughout SchoolRP has been a bit over the place, yet with that fortune, it has shown me many different styles and ways to properly RP. I have had many roles, the most interactive roles being my past librarian, professor, and current surgeon role. Within all of those departments I was shown the leadership aspect, teamwork and alongside the inspiration of a small community with the same interest.

Another network I have fallen under was the school roles, I have been on the track team for a year and have seen and learned a great deal of roleplay in that department. Learning many things like compassing for the team, strategies, and even learning how to detail furthermore to imagine an action being done in the sport itself.

I am up for anything within the medical department, yet as this is my choice something within General Surgery. If I cannot obtain that, then something with Family Medicine.

TRIVIA SECTION

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?
My motivation for joining the professor faction is rather sudden, being interested in teaching and medicine OOCly I think it might be good to consider joining this faction once again. I was a professor a long-time ago, which I quit for personal reasons that I have since overcome. Furthermore, joining this faction would be wonderful as the experience I had beforehand was something that stuck with me to even now. The professor faction is within a game, yes, yet it truly helps me explore my interest and possibly helps me OOCly as I am a teacher's aid. I would just love to be apart of something that has the teaching aspect, community, and overall ability to control a class for a subject.

Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:
  1. BUILDING ANATOMY!
After a few classes about anatomy, we will set aside a day for the students to form a body. Once the students have been briefed for memory, they will then be put to a desk which resides a small dummy alongside some small toy figures. They will then place those figures into the area, going from top to the body. For this to work, I will give them a book [Make 2 copies of each, for I can see] with a list of parts and then let them communicate to figure out where the parts would go and if they have any questions. For review, I will then ask them to /it TOP to BOTTOM in the right order.
  1. HUSSLE, HUSSLE! WE GOT INCOMING TRAUMA!
For this idea to work properly I will be requesting the help of one surgeon and one doctor from the Karakura Emergency hospital, once it is accepted I wish to then set them up in the gym or in the courtyard. Once they are in the right area, they will then execute a trauma which they will be told by me, as I want them to do something the class has been taught. The students will then form into groups of 2-3, depending on how many are in the class and be sorted into the doctor or surgeon trauma. Students will then sort out how to cooperate, deal with the trauma and inform others of the trauma, properly. Once the “patient” has been treated depending on the status they can opt out of a quiz yet for reassurance others might take it. Depending on that, we might go on to doing another will more staff and possibly other professors willing to help!

Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
I have thought about many possible opportunities, going to the hospital and giving a run down or simply heading to the forest to deal with trauma on its own. Although, above I did a station with the trauma I can do a field trip for that.

Otherwise, the field trip would be to the hospital and pharmacy, possibly. The students will be taught about the current topic, most likely trauma by the surgeons or a doctor, alongside a psych for pharmacy! The execution for this idea will most likely be stab wounds and possible issues cohering that, so they’d be taught on what kind of issues can come from stab wounds, how they get treated, and how they get treated. If they are at risk for anything, as it’s an open wound and so on.

If we are learning of other things, possibly say something along the lines of more stitching and injections. I’d request a doctor or surgeon to help as they typically deal with this the most, I will then ask them how to teach the students different methods of stitching. The students will be aware and most likely understand/know the form of stitching, as I plan to possibly stitch a fake dummy up alongside the help of students.

SCENARIO SECTION

Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?


IF BEING PHYSICAL:
If the students are being physical to the bobcat, Hilo would quickly radio and get in between to stop the violence. Taking note of who they are, the reasoning Hilo would then execute detention to all except the bobcat for now. Informing the others of their punishment, Hilo then would walk the bobcat to the Nurse and let them evaluate any harm.
If this has been an occurrence, Hilo will make sure to inform the Dean more than 3 times in their record.

IF NOT BEING PHYSICAL:
If the students are bickering, Hilo would first tell them to knock it off and head their separate ways. Hilo will warn them to head off if they do not listen for nothing further can occur. If it gets over 3 warnings, detention would be issued for not following school conduct and school staff.

Your character would be supervising detention, and one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
I would restate the rules, one being silence is held unless there are actual questions. After a few warnings (3) to focus and do their work, Hilo would then inform them that he may get the Dean down there and ask those questions to him. Hopefully, the student understands their mistake and finishes their work, without the dean being called.

Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class. What would your character do?
I would silence the class and focus my attention on them, informing them to turn off their phones and place them away. If they do not listen and keep going along the phone and calling, Hilo will enforce a warning ensuring that the phones can be taken for the period and given back at detention if they keep this behavior up. If they do not listen, they may head to detention and be informed by the Dean of their rule-breaking if this is repeated behavior.

Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
Take his radio and ask for anybody who is free to help to do so, once informed Hilo then will yell “BREAK IT UP” and give a few warnings. If they do not stop, Hilo will then try to break it up once more; Following Hilo would hopefully end the fight, if so they’d be issued detention and if there was any use of weapons (pencils or bags, etc) they will be taken till after.

APPEARANCE:
Hilo is a rather eye-catching man, most of the time dressed in formal wear, his prosthetics typically make the show. Hilo has had both legs amputated, with this Hilo has to wear prosthetics and is slightly altered in his walking, running and any physical activity which involves leg power. Rather than just his prosthetics, his tone is a rather beautiful deep ‘chocolate’ as many have described, his features being South African and Indian creating a beautiful mix of cultural facial description.

UNIQUE/PERSONALITY:
Hilo is rather unique amongst Karakura Citizens because he knows how to work with many, which seems to be a soft skill but from a rather large perspective, it’s a hard skill for many. Working for the past government of Karakura as a surgeon, Hilo has always had the feen for teaching and informing others of how to help, inform and care for many. With this, Hilo is a huge, huge caretaker and his personality surrounds the overall loveable effect.

OUTLOOK ON STUDENTS/COLLEAGUES:
Overall Hilo has a good outlook on his peers and students, he wishes to be a figure amongst his colleagues in general. Being able to teach, inform and overall protect those he cares for is his common goal.

FUTURE:
Hilo tries not to look further than the current present, although Hilo has dreams he attempts to just run with everything that happens to him. His partner, his friends, his career, and so on; Although Hilo wishes to just be happy overall, he let Kami take that wheel.

Hilo Sharma was born on August 12th, 1971, he was raised in the midst of South India. Hilo grew up with a generally ideal lifestyle, having a loving family other than his father or simply being able to afford the school uniforms he enjoyed. Hilo was very grateful for his experience in India, living there for most of his life he ensured that his time was to the fullest. Figuring out that he enjoyed makeup, dressing, or drag overall at the age of 10, Hilo danced and danced till he could not anymore. Once in his early 20s, he focused on more of his future, what kind of job, family, or things he wanted for himself overall. Did he want happiness or fortune? Once Hilo figured out something he enjoyed, that being surgery he dove deeper into that field going into a vast amount of night classes, medical facilities, and anywhere that carried medical care. Upon finding a small family practice facility down the street from his school, Hilo went daily after his classes to follow up with the physical aspect of learning Medical care and working on actual people. While he did this, Hilo went day and night into Medical school ensuring to become a physician. He knew he wanted to be superior, that being a teacher or just someone that helps control the overall intake of patients, employees, and so on. Figuring out how to get a proper PhD for his career path, he went down and never came back. Leaving his family behind, Hilo moved to Tokyo Japan after figuring out one of the best hospitals that rested within Karakura. Securing his licenses, he then secured a position at Karakura Emergency hospital, after the first year of his studies he moved to Karakura securing his position. Two years passed, and Hilo taught and learned from the best of the best, one being Tano Blackburn. Who was he, the mysterious male who Hilo stuttered for? Once figuring his name out, Hilo took no chance but went in to introduce himself ensuring Tano became his friend. After a few months, a relationship sparked, which then turned into an engagement a few years on; Tano and Hilo were the perfect ones to beat, but before the wedding night Hilo walked into their apartment finding Tano dead on the floor. Although Hilo does not speak of what occurred to him, he resides a special placement in his heart for Tano waiting to meet him once again. Within the mourning Hilo then suffered a great causality at work, losing his leg in a gang war nothing could get worse correct? Well, actually it started to get better, as the year passed Hilo moved along and met Aurelio Romano. Their relationship accelerated rather quickly, becoming fond of each other they confirmed it at a Government party and Hilo took Aurelio as a guest. Going on into later months, Hilo engaged which he still finds to this day foolish but is in love with Aurelio. Speaking with Tano every chance he gets, he ensures he found the one to reside with. Hilo found his happiness amongst Karakura, as he now fulfills the dream to teach others about his favorite thing, medicine.
