What is your motivation for applying?:
I've always wanted to be a police officer in real life and I have done gangrp before (not with this character) and I can see what it can do to people. I was a police officer on a different server before and I really enjoyed it but unfortunately, the server closed and I really miss the days of being a police officer

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
as I said before I have been a cadet before on a different server but that was some months ago so I need to relearn the basics of being a good cadet, I have also watched a lot of police series with my mom since she enjoyed watching them and so did I, I also had several presentations in school before from police to learn about what they do and why they do it so I think I do have good knowledge about police work.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police are important to keep peace in Karakura and to avoid crime in the town. they also try to prevent accidents and the police fine Lawbreakers to make Karakura save.
Do you acknowledge that you're subject to being demoted if accepted at any given time?
I understand that I can be demoted at any given time if I break server rules or if I don't attend several training and meetings
Do you acknowledge that applying for this role, you are agreeing to be 100% dedicated to the Police Officer role?

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are authorized to attend or you will be punished [Demoted]?

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character, how he looks, what makes him unique?
Andre is a kind male, he has a tenancy to help others. He thinks about things rationally before acting to make sure everything is going to work out. Andre is quite book smart and has excelled in his studies and is a hard worker. Andre has quite the athletic build with a height of 6'2, he tends to work out when at home always pushing himself to get stronger or faster. He has jet black hair with ocean blue eyes. Andre would be of french ethnicity, he would carry an accent.
What he's like on and off the job?
Andre would be a social person who likes to interact with other people and likes to make other people laugh with his humor but on the job, he would be serious and not take it as a joke he really wants to make Karakura safe so that's what he is going to do
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?
He would treat his co-workers with respect even if they aren't nice to him his goal is to make Karakura save and end every crime there is.
BACKSTORY
Andre was born in the French, when he was 12 he moved to Karakura. He lived with his parents for five years, they lived in a small house, Andre was very close to his parents, although one night whilst Andre was at a friends house, a group of people came in took all of their possessions. they then slit his parent's throats whilst they slept, as Andre returned the next day to see an empty house and was left wondering where they had gone. He looked around checking their bedroom last when he opened the door, he saw his parents dead covered in blood. Andre always had a high sense of justice and wanted to become a police officer from a young age, however seeing his parents dead pushed him over the edge he dedicated 4 hours a day to training, running 2 kilometers in the morning and lifting exercises at night, his goal to become a police officer grew and grew as time went along, bringing him forth to this day. He also went to The Netherlands to study there to become a police officer.
