Private chest that needs to be removed

ISSUE: Protected blocks I can't remove
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Apartment Block G, Room 108. I have tried contacting them to get this chest removed but it seems like they are offline forever. I need help removing the personal chest in my apartment.
