ISSUE: There is a private sign in my new apartment that I'm unable to remove, I'd tell the sign owner to remove it but I never see them around the server.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The oak sign is at approximately at the block: 1577, 38, 637 attached to 1577, 38, 638 , with the name Zaldoria on it
