School Employee Role you are Applying For: I am applying for the Private Tutor position at Karakura High School.
How often do you log onto the server?: I consistently log on every day. I only don't log on in the case of an emergency. When I am on it's for a time period of 3+ hours.

Do you have a microphone? I have a reliable microphone that is clear and easy to understand.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I have never been banned or warned, I intend to keep it that way!
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I can guarantee that I will devote as much time as possible to my role. I come on every day for long periods of time, I promise I won't let you down!
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: I am fully aware of this and accept the responsibility to uphold these risks. I promise you though that it will never have to come to the conclusion that I must be fired.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: In most cases, private tutors specialise in a specific curriculum or subject and teach that to individuals or small groups. Commonly children, however this sort of learning can extend to young adults. Along their course coaching students. They also keep track of their learning progress and commonly report it back to the students' parent or guardian.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: I have commonly played as a teacher or tutor in my own personal roleplays with my friends. I apparently work incredibly well to the role, cooperating and showing respect to others. I have personally worked as my teacher's assistants in a real-world setting on multiple occasions. Being praised for my determination and fun approach to learning. Making it an enjoyable experience for the students.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have personally been roleplaying for three years. It all started back with Dungeons and Dragons, that gave me a massive boost in confidence when it comes to roleplaying and helped me get into SchoolRP. I can approach every roleplay situation with confidence and optimism. Making it an enjoyable experience and interaction for all parties.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Private Tutors are commonly hired to assist students who may be falling behind, they can also be hired for general assistance in classrooms. Tutors should be well accommodated with children and should be confident working with them, they should be kind and cooperative with especially younger children. They should be able to assess students learning capacity and push them to do their best, making learning a fun experience for them. Whilst also making them learn more and become a bright student with lots of potential. They commonly specialise in one subject or curriculum and assist students with that one subject. Often preparing them for exams or tests.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would kindly ask them to stop, taking a moment to ask them if they're okay and if something could be on their mind to make them act in such a manner. If they don't calm down or refrain. I would refer them to the dean's office or my HR. I would speak to them in a calm manner with courtesy and respect. Saying nothing to upset them or make them even more enraged.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would handle the situation cautiously, ensuring the safety of my fellow staff and students above all. In the case where it could be dangerous to touch. I would clear the area and face the situation with highly protective gear. Making sure no students or other staff were near while the ordeal was underway.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would politely ask them to stop or refrain from doing something that could be harmful to the students. If they stop, I would still refer them to their HR To discuss their behaviour. In the case where they wouldn't stop. I would try and defuse the situation as quickly and safely as possible, remaining calm. I would refer them to their HR To have a meeting to discuss their behaviour and a fair punishment for their actions. If it was truly that serious. I wouldn't hesitate to call the police, if they could possibly harm a student. There's no excuse for their behaviour.

Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation to join the staff team at Karakura High School is simple. I wasn't the brightest kid, I got easily distracted. But after a private tutor showed me better ways and brought me to a brighter future. One where I graduated with flying colours and high marks. I've always wanted to return the favour since. I personally love working with children and teenagers. I can really connect with them and get to know them, the minute you get them to open up to you. They'll instantly up their standards and push themselves to do better to impress you. I want to do everything I can to help children do their best and push themselves! I love the smile on their faces when they pass with high grades. They feel so proud of themselves, I want to do everything I can to see that smile every day. I'm not in this for a big paycheque, seeing their smiles is enough for me!

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I personally see myself as a very sociable person, someone who can easily connect and get along with anybody! I've personally been in many situations where I had to assist teachers in their learning environment, sometimes even being called back to help them again. I'm really cooperative and work well with others. Cracking jokes to make them smile while also pushing them to do their best! I can personally relate to many students and understand their fears and anxieties. I can help them, teach them new techniques and strategies to face problems and tasks head-on with confidence! I'm not only wanting to become a Private Tutor to teach, I'm doing it because I want to connect with the students. Have them walk out of those gates every day with a smile on their face!
