[Private] unable to break it / User: Hvffnungsvolles, House: 109 Complex H /

I have just recently rented an apartment, but the private sign, set up to block others to enter the door (open it), has suddenly turned into blocking me, the owner too.
I hope to ask for someone to destroy it for me, as i am not able to break the sign, nor break any block that is under its protection.
