Problem with Allowence

I recently bought a new account which I had 38 years old transferred to that one but since then I've been getting only 100 unlike last time I got 1000 in allowance it is most likely because before the new rank was Grade-7 but I would like to have this fixed, sadly I do not have time to get some screenshots of the issue but I have let staff members know but nothing back from Im6.

You get a lower allowance with the adult rank. With a student rank, you get a higher one. It’s not a glitch, nor can it be fixed unless Im6 decides to change it.
