TRIVIA SECTION

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:

As a current 12th grader, I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of roleplaying as a student. However, I feel ready to take my game to the next level. I want to see my main character evolve into an adult, complete with a job and income. Specifically, I have chosen the role of a professor, as I am interested by what this job has to offer. Teaching the next generation is a compelling and exciting outlook for me, and I'm eager not only to impart knowledge but also to learn from the students.

Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:

1. Circuit Training class: In this class, there would be set up several stations around the gym or outdoor space, each with a different activity, such as jumping jacks, push ups, squats, lunges, or burpees. The Students would move from one station to the next, performing each exercise for a set amount of time or repetitions before moving on to the next one. Of course, there will be some breaks scheduled within the class, so they stay hydrated! At the end of the class, I would check in with each student to discuss their progress and offer feedback or suggestions for improvement.

2. Basic Student Yoga class: I myself know that many students lack relaxation, this is why I picked yoga. So, before the class begins, I would ask the students about their goals or intentions for the yoga class, and encourage them to set a positive intention for their practice. Because, I am not going to host a yoga class without them taking it at least a bit serious. During the class, I would guide the students through a series of basic yoga poses, focusing on proper form and breathing techniques, while also incorporating moments of mindfulness and reflection. At the end of the class, I would check in with each student individually, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement as well as encouraging them.

Additional 3. Strength Training class: I would begin the class by leading the students through a normal warm up, while explaining the importance of proper form and technique. I would then guide the students through a variety of exercises, including squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and shoulder presses. Throughout the class, I would encourage the students to push themselves and work hard, but also to listen to their bodies and take breaks when needed. To the end of the class I would lead them through a series of bodyweight exercises such as push ups, squats, lunges, planks, and burpees, gradually increasing the intensity and difficulty level every round.

Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:

Trip to the Water Park
: For a field trip to the Water Fun Park, it's important to establish clear expectations and rules for the students beforehand. This includes setting rules around behavior, swimming abilities, and safety guidelines. I would create a list of the students who can swim and those who can't, so that I can keep a watchful eye on those who may need extra attention during the trip.

In addition to establishing rules, it's important to provide swimming lessons or refreshers to help build confidence and ensure that all students are safe in the water. I would assign the students into little groups not only to promote teamwork and inclusivity, no, also to keep the students all together to prevent, losing other students.

SCENARIO SECTION

Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?

She would instantly intervene and try to defuse the situation, not wanting any further or worse incidents to happen in that situation. She would calm them down and separate them, listening to both sides of the story. Yet, if they refuse to collaborate, she would have to threaten with detention and use the radio to call for assistance from other faculty members as
she does not want to risk that her or anyone else could get injured in that situation.

Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?

She would remind them politely that they need to remain quiet during detention, unless they need help with the assigned task. However, if a student continues to disrupt the class, she may need to escalate the consequences and issue a warning about the possibility of further disciplinary action, which would be contacting SLT.

Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and call out other students in the class, what would your character do?

She would take immediate action to address the behavior of the cheerleaders. She would ask the students to stop the disruptive behavior and remind them to stop, turn off their phones, keep quiet, and pay attention to class. Instead of immediately threatening detention for all of them, she would provide a warning and explain the consequences that would follow if the behavior continued. It's important to provide consequences that are fair and consistent with the expectations set at the beginning of the class. Yet, if they continued with their behaviour even after being warned, they would have to leave the class and get handed a detention slip.

Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?

If she was to encounter a fight between students on school grounds, the first thing she would do is call for backup from the other faculty members. She would then try to break up the fight while maintaining a safe distance to avoid getting injured. Once the students are separated, she would check for any injuries and either call for medical assistance or bring them to the nurse immediately. After the situation has been resolved, she would be handing over detention slips to the students who had fought, and report the fight to SLT due to violence on school grounds being strictly against the rules.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What do they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What is their plan for the future?

Lili Kuznetsova, a 5'10 ft. tall female with sun kissed, wavy hair and emerald green eyes. She was born in the meager and isolated city Padina (Падина). It was a small city in Serbia, but with everything needed to keep the population as happy and convenient as possible. Playgrounds, schools, everything was local and eventful. And in a small house at the edge of the isolated city lived Lili Kuznetsova, a daughter born to be half Japanese and half Serbian. Her childhood consisted of unfathomable love from her mother, at least in the beginning of it. Lili’s father was an unfaithful man, her mother had been his second choice to marry, so the love was never fully there. The fathers unfaithful side was shown when Lili turned 10. And with a long argument and a violent tone Lili’s father left and never returned. Powered by lust and pleasurable carnage he left for another woman, a younger one. Lili and her mother were left all alone in a dim town without any love or money.

A few days went by, they were both hungry and cold. But, Lili’s mother saw this coming, she knew she was second pick so she fed Lili the last of the food and searched for a job. After returning home with a bright smile and delivering the news to Lili, their life turned. And finally for a few weeks her mother would be able to feed her daughter. She was off to work every day and returned later and later. When asked what she worked as, she just told her to appreciate what she was given and that ended the conversation. Lili was curious and kept asking of course, leading to her mother getting more strict at her. Everything should be clean and polished, her back should be straightened and her behavior supreme. Their routine went on for half a year until her mother got offered a job in Karakura, Japan. The job was offered from a relative, which she immediately accepted. They swiftly packed their bags and sold their small house, when Lili looked up at her mother, she was smiling. She was finally getting away from that town and started anew.

Two years in, they lived in a small but comfortable apartment. Her mother was getting the money she needed and spoiled herself even. Her mother didn’t even work hard anymore, but Lili was still told off and put in her place. This made Lili rebellant and talked back, seeming to be violent even. Due to this, she had high standards on friends. Only a few got accepted and the ones that did she would do anything for. The ones she didn’t like she snarled at. She had extremely short temper and remained toxic towards many people. Her mother, who wanted the opposite of this behavior, started going even rougher at her. Everything slowly boiled, bubbling up between them, until, just like the way her father left, she did. Her mother, feeling like she finally had completed herself, told her that she didn’t care if she was gone. Lili stormed out, slamming the door in rage and moved in with one of her close friends, living with them. Time passed and her mother slowly realized what she had done, yes she had money, but not her daughter nor her husband. This realization killed her, her heart stopping due to her grief, she passed only one week after Lili left.

At some point Lili's experience with grief and loss motivated her to visit the shrine more often and wanting to become a professor, perhaps to teach and inspire others in a particular field, or to guide research that could benefit others who have experienced similar difficulties. Was she going to make it?

Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.
Make sure this is over 100 words.

Lili was a very toxic and selfish girl who used to enjoy tearing others down to feel better about herself. Lili's behavior during her younger years was often characterized as toxic, stemming from the loss of her mother. She was always that one 'drunk girl' in high school, with a clique of friends who looked up to her, but her relationships were often superficial and based on manipulation. I mean, she really was known as a very difficult girl to handle during her younger years. She had a short temper, often lashing out at others with hurtful words and actions. Her negative attitude and behavior made it difficult for her to form meaningful relationships and caused many people to avoid her.

However, Lili had a passion for learning and enjoyed reading and exploring new ideas. As she grew older, Lili began to realize the impact of her behavior on those around her. She saw how her actions hurt others and caused them to distance themselves from her. She decided to seek help for herself and her alcoholism and started therapy to address her toxic and selfish behavior and work on becoming a better person. During therapy, Lili discovered a new passion for Fitness and helping other people, she even became sober! So she decided to pursue a career in teaching. She became a Professor two years after she finished her Master's degree at Harvard University, and used her own experiences to relate to her students and encourage them to make positive choices.

Lili focused on creating a positive and supportive learning environment and worked hard to build relationships with her students. She believes that her yoga classes are exactly what she needed during her younger days, so she offers it to her students now. She doesn't want her students to be filled with anger like she used to be.
Lili's previous life as 'that one sellfish alcoholic girl' gave her a unique perspective on teaching, and she used her own experiences to teach her students about empathy, self reflection, and personal growth. She worked tirelessly to create a safe and welcoming space for herself and her students.
