What is your motivation for becoming a Professor?:
My main motivation for becoming a Professor for the Karukura school, A main factor is because I want to get more experienced in the Teaching Roleplaying aspect. When I was in the Janitor and Nurse role I saw many teachers and Professor's and I even had a few friends in the Professor role and they were all very enthusiastic about their situation and I always wanted to try the role out, The friends I'm speaking of enjoyed planning the classes and preforming them. As I was once apart of the school employee faculty I want to try something else out for a change. I infer this could be a good thing for me to expand my roleplaying skills even more than what I already have some knowledge on.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I do have experience in Roleplaying actually, I'd say for SchoolRP I have somewhat decent Roleplaying skills from being a College-student, Then a Janitor, and Finally a Nurse! I have learned many different things over the Course of the roles I have held in the Roleplaying hub. As for other platforms I have roleplayed on would be Discord (Though I was not as informed on Roleplaying as I am now)
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are from my knowledge in the Karukura academia discord tab, where you are to provide screenshots of the beginning and end towards your lesson. This is important to show that you are active in your role and to determine the amount of your pay-check you receive towards the end of the month.
As a Professor, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Listen to the person that is speaking and or presenting; It's common sense to be respectful to people whether that be a classmate or a Teacher, Professor, and School employee's.
2. There is to be no electronic devices out during class hours all attention should be in the lesson,
3. You may speak out if neither a Professor or Peer is speaking for a question Only, However it's highly encouraged to raise your hand before speaking.
4. Be safe, While in school you are supposed to stay calm and learn, Dial down on the curse-words
5. Be on time, It's highly inappropriate to be late to a class without a proper and valid reason.

College-Professor Knowledge
Please show your knowledge of College-Professors. What are the tasks a College-Professor has to complete, What is a College-Professor's salary?
A college professor is a major part to helping a college pupil grow and learn to help grow them into what they want to become later down the road, They are to be a proper role-model and act as such on school grounds and off as well, They are the educator's for college-students and host classes every month they should have at least 15 classes done and logged; This meaning they get a sum amount of 300k yen, If they do any extra classes I believe it is 5 or 10 more? Somewhere around that amount they will get an extra 50k yen added to their paycheck, As stated above to be able to get their paycheck the must have logged their lessons.

Hiromichi stood at an abnormal height of 7'5, Which is unique in itself. Besides that point Hiro was born with condition called poliosis (Lack of pigment in hairy parts of the body) For the male it attacked his eye left eyebrow and eyelashes; Tattoo's mostly always covered by his outfit though it could not be prevented if they peak out just a bit as the ink decorated his hands as well. A large jagged scar crossed over the eye that's attacked by the condition, The eye itself blind. The scar was of a purple-like color.
Hiro's outlook on Students is although he is a higher up you cannot except to have someone's respect without giving it out as well, He does believe he can help their education some what enough as English/literature is a major part of human life itself you will always need it. As for his collages they have his upmost respect to be able to 'handle' and take care of your peers and the younger students.
Hiro has the appearance of a intimating man but in reality he is a gentle giant, He is pretty calm when it comes to things as he was once a Janitor and seen something as small as a drink spill to fights. He was never one to use brute force unless it was absolutely needed. Currently Hiro's plan is to just wing it and 'go with the flow.' This meaning to see where life takes him; Just a P.S.A Hiro has never been a fan of younger.. younger children so He doubts he'll be having any.
Scenarios
You find a group of sport-team members screaming and shouting in the halls, What do you do?
Firstly, Slowly immerge myself into the 'conversation' Getting their attention and telling them to calm down and keep their speaking at a reasonable volume, Also stating the school roles to be reminded that they are to not cause disruption to other peoples learning. Soon after explaining to them in a stern manner that they are representing school as a whole and I doubt someone would think highly of screaming. If I hear anymore screaming after my attempt of telling them to calm down, They will simply get a detention or something much worse possibly.
A College-Student is disturbing the class and won’t listen to a word you’re saying, What do you do?
I'd let them off with a verbal warning that what they are doing is not very respectful and if they are going to interrupt my teaching and other peers learning digression this could lead to further punishment, I'm going to let them have the chance to calm down but not linger onto it anymore unless the student continues to be disruptive I'd give them a 'strike' and or a detention. Although I can't keep going on and on about it cause they are taking away the other students time and learning capabilities.

/me Pushing up from his feet standing at a pristine posture. Moving his gaze around the classroom, His hand bobbing up and down as he linked his fingers together resting them behind his upper waist. Soon starting to pace around his desk. "Hello students, If you'd please take your seat we will get on with the lesson for the day."
/me A soft exhale parting from his lips, Twisting the pen between his index and middle finger; Soon starting to circle all the incorrect words. Dropping the pen onto the desk bringing his hands to his face slowly dragging them down to his chin shaking his head side to side. "To think this student does not know the correct you're... Oh well, Maybe I could get them a tutor of the sorts."
/me Grabbing for the chalk moving his arm up pressing the chalk at an angle on the board, The writing quite small and messy. "Er... Okay yeah, You all cannot read that as I can barely read that; Besides that- Hello younger generation my name is Hiromichi Fujimiro, Yes..." Pausing for a quick moment smacking his lips together pressing tongue against his top teeth sucking. "You may refer to me as Mr. Fujimiro or Mr. 'F' either or is fine, Welcome to English class."
/me Bringing his bottom lip between his front and bottom teeth gently biting down. One click... Two click... Three clicks being heard as Hiro was pressing down rapidly on the pen cap. "Alright kiddo's, We are going to um-... No, No. I am going to be reading the infamous shake-spear out. I do indeed have copies printed out so I will pass them around and just try to follow along."
/me The papers gently flapping around in the males hand, Snapping his gaze around the seated class taking a step to the first desk dropping the scratch papers onto the students desks. "Pass that around for me if you will, Alright-
Clasping his hands together stepping back up to his desk flopping down into his chair crossing his leg ontop the other "Alright... Er.. We are doing a small little reading assignment around the book I read out to you all the other day, Just a summary about what the book was about really; Pretty easy if you just use the right grammar and spelling."
Backstory
Hiromichi Fujimiro's earlier life was not the most easy going one to say the less, He was born at Karukura hospital the national one of course. The odd thing about the young male was he a very tall large baby, The even odder thing was that he was premature and most of the time premature babies are well smaller. As Hiro was in the NICU or a while the doctors took their regular tests and then one that lead them to the diagnoses of poliosis and Excessive Marfan syndrome.
When Hiro was at the ripe age of 13-15 he had an incident with a rabid animal and a rather mean cold man, Well Hiro saw the animal being treated quite poorly by the human. Stepping into the middle of them the older man pulled out a swiss-army nice slicing Hiro's head from the middle of his forehead all the way to the end of his jawline. His eye was permanently damaged by the blade causing him to go blind in the eye, But none of this seemed to really bother Hiro as the animal was alright for the most part. The man that hurt him never got caught; Which was quite a tragedy on its own.
Hiro was now at the age of 32 (I know quite a time jump but just bare with me here.) Getting his first job where he studied and learned, even growing up there, The high-school as an employee! Hiro's goal was not really want to be a Janitor but he was enthusiastic about the job opportunity, Taking the job he worked at the Karukura for a few years or so getting the job experience he wanted and seeked! The opportunity to be able to learn about the school faculty and where was also able to have the opportunity to make friends with other co-workers. Learned more about the young pupils attending as well; The male soon 'starting to just work his way up the ladder in the career field,' Once then decided to take a break from his work to explore himself what better place to travel to then Italy, With the money he made! There Hiro made friends with a professor who enjoyed their job clearly and taught Hiro some things and there Hiro had a 'Yreka' moment. This moment being of wanting to teach the younger generation about the thing he studied in college and the thing he loves most in this word Literature! Fujimiro soon moving back to his home town Karukura, Now seeking a job as a professor in the Karukura faculty.
