• At the public zen garden attached to the Akihito estate, 1 poster would be taped to the trunk of each cherry blossom tree.

Not actually placed as an in game block, it's just item rp. I'll ballpark that each poster will likely 'stay around' for about a couple weeks, unless someone were to tear them down (and mention which ones were taken on the corresponding post).
