A solid 7/10 I try my best to be as active I can, but I do sometimes juggle school and work, and I am with my parents aswell so that can have a problems too. I usually do stay active though.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have a number of experiences with roleplay, I've been playing on this server for quite a while now, and I've had multiple interactions with multiple factions on the server, let me list some.
Gang Roleplay
For most of my school roleplay career this was my main faction. I spent lots of time joining, fighting and doing custom events with gangs, I really liked the faction, but seeing as it is no longer what it used to be I search for something new.
KPD
Karakura police department, a place that I know very well from friends, and gangrp scenarios. I know how the faction works, and I considered joining a few times, making an application once, to no ones surprise I was rejected. I had not logged on in 7 days so my application was suspended due to inactivity.
School
I have been around the school my entire time while playing, I know how school staff does things, and I've once attempted to apply for the Nurse section, though I was denied for a lack of detail. I haven't found the interest to apply again, so I left it be. Other parts of the school is the councillors, and have an account that is on one of the Bobcat Teams, the swim team to be exact.
EMS
I have been to the hospital a LOT icly, of course gang roleplay leads to injury, and I had plenty of encounters where I needed to go. I have found their work interesting, so that's why I'm applying for EMS. I know my reasoning is vague, but I promise I will explain it more! Stick with me. I also have experience with first responding medical treatment, including CPR Knowledge, How to stop bleeding and use first AID Kit's, AED's and so forth. This being IRL.
What is your motivation for applying?
Simply, new experiences. I have played this server for so long, and I haven't thought too much to stepping out of the normal. I wish to extend my roleplay experience, and do things only the EMS faction can. Instead of listing things you already know, I will list things I wish to know. I wish to know how to play as a psychiatrist, I want to learn the struggles and other roleplay styles of those Icly playing as my patient. A hospital scenario is only possible to be looked at through the eyes of a hospital worker through this faction, so why not? A exploration of what this great server has to offer, and I wish to use the servers exclusive player branches to it's full capabilities.

In all honesty, I couldn't explain my knowledge, I do have understanding that I cannot put into words. I'm sorry for my lack of detail here, but I am always willing to learn. Please excuse my vagueness.

Yes, I do understand this. I am personally excited to have a new goal in the server, and a purpose to fill Icly.

Yes, like most gangs this was the case. The punishment would be understood and accepted by me, if I have broken this rule.

Backstory (100+ Words)
A male from Karakura, Japan born and raised in a large apartment, where he and his family having 2 brothers and two sisters lived, all raised by their mother. His mother was a female of substantial stature standing at exactly 6,8 and his father, who sadly passed from a tumor in his brain, stood at the height of seven foot five inches, the male was living in a family of GIANTS! Seo, one of his brothers who was two years older than him, at age 6 Seo was 5 foot eight. What an amazing height! Alonzo in this family of giants followed in their footsteps, growing taller every day of his life. Alonzo also, like his Mother, had albinism. His whole body was extremely pale, as he went through everyday life occasionally receiving a sunburn here and there, but his life went from casual to hellish. At age 13 his sister would remove his eye from its rightful place. Then shortly after his family was murdered. Alonzo had so much trauma from the experiences, he seeked help with Psychiatrists, and that’s where he found help. He went for 5 years straight, therapy session after therapy session. At this time he had grown a friendship with the psychiatrist’s of the clinic, and he admired their work. They were the ones who helped him out of his hard time, and he wanted to return the favor, not to those who helped him, but to those who were suffering like him. At age 19 the male began to study the art of psychology, proceeding his studying and talking to psychiatrists at the hospital, learning and gaining advice. He was determined! As life continued he finally got to a point where he felt ready, as he approached the hospital he turned in his resume, at age 32 he applied to become a psychologist!
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?

As stated before in the backstory, Alonzo had gone through intense mental trauma and suffering, where his only escape was the kind psychologist in the hospital. The male decided to return the favor and do good with his life to help those who suffered just like him, his own compassion for others and thankfulness to the Psychiatrist's helped him gain a drive to learn psychology. Alonzo would become a psychologist, and he would help those in need.
What medical residencies did your character take after medical school?
MedPsych training was his residency
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Alonzo practiced small therapy sessions with his friends while in med school, though that's just about the only experience he has.

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
A male standing at exactly seven foot, three inches! The male was quite tall and covered in scars, he would also be missing his left eye. What made him look unique? His pale white skin, he had ghost white hair, and paper skin. The male clearly had albinism. He also looked quite attractive as a small file always filled his face. A friendly sense of protection expelled from the male's being. Dyed would be his eyebrows, a color of black so they were visible, and half of his hair to add contrast to his being. The male seemed to mostly be dressed formally as so his actions were, though he also seemed to know how to have fun. He was an amazing listener as he stared intently at anything being said.
How does your character act on and off duty?
Both on and off duty, the male would act mature. Sophisticated with a little bit of fun spilling out here and there. He always met people with a smile, hoping it would put them at ease, and if that didn't work he would try his hand at a joke or two. To anyone he met, whether at work or in public he seemed to care for, as his compassionate gaze looked for anyone in pain, he wished to help anyone hurting no matter the cost, he was determined to be the one to help, whenever no one wants to.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Alonzo is both capable of being independent and dependent. He does prefer a little company, but he is capable of working alone, being with or without someone doesn't affect his work whatsoever. However in some cases he would prefer working one-on-one depending on what the patient needs, he wants anyone he talks to, to fell 100% comfortable.
What plans does your character have for the future?
Alonzo plans to just see a happier town, one more full of joy and less violence. He wishes to start a family of his own aswell, and that this job will help him provide for that family.
How is your character perceived by others? How does it contrast with their perception of themself?
Alonzo is usually perceived as the run of the mill gangster in the town, mostly because of his lack of an eye. Though that doesn't affect him, he tries to show he isn't by showing kindness, he also carries around small headwear items that he can place on to make his appearance less intimidating/worrying, his go to most of the time is either cat ears or an eye patch!
