Reiji Kagami: he loves anything Matcha and actually doubles down on making good Matcha to impress the people who visit his place. If you where to visit his place, he has several types of matcha powder for different use from cooking, ceremonial grade, and even matcha specifically made to emulsify with chocolate. Whenever he cooks for his fellow faculty he tries to incorporate elements of matcha into desserts. However generally speaking Reiji would avoid anything with heavy cream or milk as he's lactose intolerant. And whenever he's in the lounge and one of his co workers is making coffee for everyone especially for him, he would ofcourse appreciate the offer but remind them that he's lactose intolerant.
Amane Kagami: She has recently discovered a fondness over Kelp Tea, and the one sold at Daini No Ie is something that's irresistible for her. Sightly salty, also hints of umami and not as much sweetness that you'd find in other teas. She even asked one of her friends to try and replicate the recipe through taste but couldn't get the taste right. And for someone who enjoys a lot of savory stuff, she absolutely despises any drinks that are overly sweet like juices, soda, and has a bad history with the Maeng Soda. She was peer pressured into chugging it down and became sick afterwards.
Midori Takeshima: For my little bookworm, she loves Hot Chocolate, being a surprise as she works at a Tea House. During winter whenever she's about to end her shift, she would always try to order the specialty hot chocolate to go. And it's usually something she'd go for when it's available. She'd still drink other stuff and isn't really picky, if anything she's taste tested the entire tea selection from the restaurant and knows what she's working with.
