Question Regarding Hacked Account

So it's been a couple of months since my previous account got hacked. On that account I had a few items, nothing too interesting, as well as a rank. I wanted to know if there would be any way for me to get the items or rank transferred onto my new account. If proof of the items and or rank is needed, I sadly do not have any proof. The only so called "proof" that I am able to get a hold of is that I can access the account through the website, namemc.

I assume you already tried changing your password when you knew that someone hacked your account, but did you try to change your email?

I’ll list some steps down below of what you possibly can do to maybe get your account back:

1.
Change your email. - The hacker who got your account, can not access your email address without you getting a notification that someone tried logging in to your email from a different location.

Try changing your email whilst you still can.

2.
Contact Mojang. - Contact Mojang yourself by creating a report regarding your problem and that someone has hacked your account. Make sure to not include your password or any personal information in the report since Mojang themselves can access your account details and etc.

If the hacker changed your email AND your password, then I suggest you focusing on solution number 2.

Try changing your password if you still didn’t try, or did so.

I hope one of these things helped you out, or something. If none of this works, then it’s best playing on the new account you have. Make sure to contact a S.A in order to get the items you had transferred to your new account.
